Treatment Of Spleen And Kidney After Mixed Hemorrhoid Operation With Self-made Jichuan Shengji Decoction Clinical Observation On Constipation With Yang Deficiency

Objective: By observing the defecation,incision growth and TCM symptom score of self-made Fang Jichuan Shengji Decoction in the treatment of spleen-kidney-yang deficiency constipation after mixed hemorrhoids operation,evaluating its effectiveness and safety,and providing theoretical basis for TCM treatment of spleen-kidney-yang deficiency constipation after mixed hemorrhoids operation.Methods:The 72 samples included in the study were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group was given Jichuan Shengji decoction oral + conventional cleaning dressing change,and the control group was given lactulose oral solution oral + routine cleaning dressing change,both of which were 14 days.Observe and evaluate the defecation status,incision growth and TCM symptoms of patients in the treatment group and control group on the 1st,3rd,7th and 14 th days after treatment,and clarify the clinical efficacy of Jichuan Shengji Decoction in patients with spleen-kidney yang deficiency constipation after mixed hemorrhoidal surgery through statistical analysis.Outcome:(1)The two groups before treatment don’t have significant difference in baseline by analysis.(P>0.05).(2)After treatment,the scores of Jichuanshengji decoction oral group and control group were reduced.Including points for bowel movements,bleeding from incisions,granulation growth of wounds and TCM syndrome points(P<0.05).The comparison between the groups showed that on the 3rd day after treatment,the incision bleeding score of the treatment group of Jichuan Shengji Decoction was significantly lower than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05),and on the 7th day of treatment,the points of bowel frequency,fecal nature,defecation time,constipation difficulty,total symptom points,incision bleeding and wound granulation growth in the treatment group of Jichuan Shengji Decoction were significantly lower than those of the control group,which were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 14 th day of treatment,except for anorectal obstruction,there were obvious differences in all other bowel indexes between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group of Jichuan Shengji Decoction was better than that of the control group,and there was no significant difference in incision bleeding and wound granulation growth(P>0.05).(3)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.97% in the Jichuanshengji decoction treatment group and 76.47% in the control group,and there was no significant difference in efficacy(P>0.05).(4)There were no adverse reactions during treatment in either group.Conclusion:Jichuanshengji decoction and lactulose oral administration can effectively treat spleen and kidney yang deficiency constipation after mixed hemorrhoids,and the efficacy is comparable,but Jichuanshengji decoction is significantly better than lactulose in terms of bowel frequency,fecal nature,defecation time,and constipation difficulties,and Jichuanshengji decoction takes into account postoperative trauma at the same time,and has a strong effect on muscle blood collection,which can accelerate the postoperative recovery process.
