Objective By studying the epidemic situation and epidemiological characteristics of(Anemia during pregnancy)and iron deficiency(Iron deficiency,ID)during pregnancy in our hospital,we preliminarily understand the epidemic situation and epidemiological characteristics of anemia and iron deficiency during pregnancy in Inner Mongolia, and analyze the influencing factors of anemia and iron deficiency during pregnancy. Methods The incidence of anemia and iron deficiency in pregnant women during pregnancy was studied by collecting pregnant women who received regular prenatal examination in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from October 2019 to October 2020,established a health care manual during pregnancy and planned to be hospitalized for delivery, and logistic regression model was established to analyze the influencing factors of anemia and iron deficiency.ResultsIn this study, the prevalence of anemia during pregnancy in our hospital was 30.67%,and the prevalence of iron deficiency was 28.83%,among which the prevalence of iron-deficiency anemia(IDA)was 4.29%,and the prevalence of anemia and iron deficiency in the late pregnancy was the highest.Univariate analysis showed that anemia in pregnancy was related to ethnic group, education level, monthly income, number of births, previous menstruation, balanced diet in early pregnancy, iron, folic acid, multivitamin, vitamin D,calcium and other factors(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that Han nationality, education level of middle and high school, monthly income less than 5000 yuan, number of births(≥1),irregular menstruation in the past, unbalanced diet in early pregnancy, folic acid, iron, multivitamin and vitamin D were the independent factors for anemia in pregnancy(P<0.05).Univariate analysis showed that iron deficiency during pregnancy was associated with age, ethnic group, education level, monthly income, bodymassindex(BMI),number of births, previous menstruation and folic acid, multivitamin and vitamin D supplementation in early pregnancy(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that the educational level of middle and high school, monthly income less than 5000 yuan, number of births(≥1),previous irregular menstruation,BMI(≥24),and deficiency of multivitamin and vitamin D in early pregnancy were the independent factors of iron deficiency during pregnancy(P<0.05).Conclusion Gestational anemia, iron deficiency, iron deficiency anemia prevalence was30.67%,28.83%,4.29%,in late pregnancy anemia, the prevalence of iron deficiency was the highest, the occurrence of anemia during pregnancy, with national income level, cultural level, production time, dietary balance before menstruation and the early stages of pregnancy, the element such as iron, folic acid, vitamin D deficiency, iron deficiency during pregnancy is affected by BMI,monthly income level, cultural level, production time, always menstruation and early pregnancy multivitamin, vitamin D supplement is the influence of such factors.
