The Clinical Efficacy Of Shengxuening Tablets Combined With Iron On The Treatment Of Iron Deficiency Anemia Qi And Blood Deficiency Syndrome In Pregnancy

Objective :Iron deficiency anemia is a common complication of pregnancy,we use iron supplements as the main treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy.However,pregnant women with large gastrointestinal reactions,inadequate absorption,poor compliance,clinically often seen in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia are not satisfied.Shengxuening tablets combined with iron treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy,to a certain extent,increase the intestinal absorption of iron to speed up the recovery of hematopoietic function,which in preventing or reducing gestational women dizziness,palpitations,pale.Such anemia symptoms and prolongation of gestational age,improve perinatal outcome of newborns may have a certain effect,providing another treatment for iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy.Methods : Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups:treatment group and control group,with different treatment for two consecutive months.Two indexes of laboratory and clinical efficacy were used,with SPASS 21.0pairs,before and after treatment of laboratory indicators paired t-test comparison and analysis,thus evaluating the value of Shengxuening tablets combined with iron supplement during pregnancy.Results : The red blood cell count,hemoglobin volume,mean corpuscular hemoglobin,serum ferritin,and gastrointestinal tract reaction cases before and after treatment were compared,and the P value was < 0.05,which was statistically significant.According to the Western medical efficacy standard before and after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%.and the rate of the control group was 73.33%.Conclusion :Compared with the iron alone,the adverse reactions of gastrointestinal tract were less than those of the latter.The laboratory indexes before and after treatment were better than the way of iron treatment,and Reinforce qi and nourish blood combined with iron agent was better than pure iron supplementation in enhancing hemoglobin and serum ferritin.Reinforce qi and nourish blood combined with iron supplementary have better clinical efficacy.
