Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Dkd Ⅲ-Ⅳ Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency Combined With Blood Stasis With Wenqing Huoxue Recipe

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of Wenqing Huoxue Recipe on patients with diabetic nephropathy in stage III-IV.Method:Sixty patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine basic treatment combined with Shenyan Wenyang capsule,while the treatment group was treated with western medicine basic treatment combined with Wenqing Huoxue recipe.The total curative effect,the total score of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms and the changes of glycosylated hemoglobin A1 C before and after treatment were observed.The levels of serum albumin(ALB),24-hour urinary total protein(24h-UTP),triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)were observed before treatment,after 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment.And carry out statistical analysis.Results:1.After treatment,the total score of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms in group 2 was lower than that in the same group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the serum ALB level in group 2 was higher than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,24h-UTP,TC,TG and serum Hb A1 c in group 2decreased compared with those in the same group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Wen Qing Huo Xue Fang can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of diabetic nephropathy patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis.2.Wenqing Huoxue Recipe can reduce the 24-hour urinary protein quantification,increase the serum albumin level,and help to improve lipid metabolism and blood sugar in patients with diabetic nephropathy of spleen-kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis.
