Combined Therapy Of Wuling Powder And Sini Decoction In Treating Diabetic Kidney Disease With Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome

ObjectiveThis study by observing the Wuling Powder and Sini Decoction on spleen and kidney Yang deficiency in patients with DKD(Diabetic kidney disease)in TCM symptom score,clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,renal function,lipid metabolism,the change of urine laboratory indexes such as metabolism,to evaluate the treatment of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type of diabetes kidney disease(DKD)value and safety of seeking new treatments for DKD.MethodsUsing prospective,randomized controlled trial,80 patients included in the standard of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type diabetes kidney’ disease patients with stage(Ⅲ-Ⅳ),were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,40 cases in each.In the control group,on the basis of diet and exercise control,hypoglycemic,lipid-lowering and blood pressure lowering asbasictreatment;in the treatment group,the Wuling Powder and Sini Decoction was added to the control group.After two months of continuous treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms,TCM clinical efficacy,renal function,lipid metabolism,urine metabolism and other laboratory indicators of the two groups were compared.Results1.Comparison of renal metabolic indexes:the renal metabolic indexes(Scr,BUN,CsyC)of patients in the two groups were all decreased and eGFR was higher than before,indicating that the treatment plans of the two groups could improve renal metabolic indexes.The treatment group improved renal metabolic indexes by a large margin(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group improved renal metabolic indexes better than the control group.2.Comparison of urine metabolism indexes:the urine metabolism indexes(U-β2MG,ACR,24h urine protein)of the two groups were all decreased compared with the previous one,indicating that both groups could improve the urine metabolism indexes.The decrease of urine metabolism indexes in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment plan of the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the urine metabolism indexes.3.Comparison of lipid metabolism indexes:the lipid metabolism indexes(TC and TG)of the two groups of patients were lower than before,indicating that the two treatment regimens could improve the lipid metabolism indexes of the patients.The decrease of lipid metabolism index in the treatment group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of lipid metabolism index in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.4.Comparison of glucose metabolism indexes:the blood glucose level of the two groups of patients decreased compared with that before treatment,indicating that both groups were conducive to control of stable blood glucose.The decreased blood glucose level of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in controlling blood glucose level.5.TCM syndrome integral comparison:two groups of patients with TCM syndrome total score was less and before all that two groups of treatment are effective to improve the TCM syndrome integral,the TCM syndrome integral drop in treatment group was a control group significantly(P<0.05),the treatment group scheme in reducing TCM syndrome score better than the control group.6.Comparison of clinical efficacy of TCM syndromes:compared with before treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.00%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 42.50%.The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,indicating that the treatment plan of the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the clinical efficacy of TCM syndromes.7.Safety comparison:no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment,and no significant abnormalities were observed in the safety indicators before and after treatment.ConclusionThe Wuling Powder and Sini Decoction has a significant effect on treating DKD,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients without obvious adverse reactions.Therefore,it is safe and worthy of clinical application.
