Clinical Observation Of Jiedu Chushi Decoction Combined With Valaciclovir In The Treatment Of Herpes Zoster Of Liver Channel Stagnation And Heat

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and therapeutic advantages of Jiedu Chushi Decoction combined with valacyclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster with stagnation of liver meridian heat.Methods:In this study,there are 64 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and 32 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Jiedu Chushi Decoction combined with valacyclovir,vitamin B1,methylcobalamin,and calamine lotion.The control group was not given Jiedu Chushi Decoction,and the rest of the treatment plans were the same.The observation period was 10 days.After the observation period is over,the statistical analysis software spss25.0 is used to analyze the relevant symptoms and signs scores and VAS scores before and after the treatment period to determine the efficacy and safety.Results:1.In terms of local skin lesions(time to stop blistering of skin lesions,time to scab,time to remove scabs),VAS scores,comprehensive scores(total points for symptoms and signs),and the occurrence of post-herpetic neuralgia(PHN),the score improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In terms of clinical comprehensive efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.62%,and the total effective rate was 75%;the total effective rate of the control group was 78.13%,and the total effective rate was 34.43%.After statistical analysis,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.3.During the treatment period,the blood routine,urine routine,liver and kidney function examinations of the two groups of patients did not have pathological changes,and there were no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.The self-made prescription Jiedu Chushi Decoction combined with valacyclovir in the treatment of liver meridian stagnation and heat-type herpes zoster is better than conventional Western medicine treatment in the control group.2.The self-made prescription Jiedu Chushi Decoction combined with valacyclovir is safe and reliable in the treatment of herpes zoster with stagnation of heat in the liver channel,and it is worthy of clinical application.
