A Retrospective Study On The Treatment Of Herpes Zoster With Stagnation Of Heat In The Liver Meridian With Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective :To observe the related factors of herpes zoster and summarize the experience of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine to better apply the clinic,through the retrospective analysis of the clinical information of patients.Method:The clinical data of patients with herpes zoster admitting to the department of Dermatology of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2016 to August 2017 were analyzed retrospectively,the age,gender,onset time,past medical history,physical factors,predisposing factors,misdiagnosis,the distribution of pathogenesis sites and meridians,the distribution of rash and meridian points,the selection of acupoints,the combining Chinese and Western therapy,the curative effect evaluation and the comprehensive evaluation of post-nociceptive neuralgia were summarized and analyzed.Results:1、General information: In 196 patients,the male and female sex ratio was 0.46:1,the highest incidence was 60 to 69 years old,accounting for 40.31%.2、Previous medical history: 101 patients had the medical history of endocrine,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,accounting for 51.53%;22 patients had the history of recurrence of the disease,accounting for 11.22%.3、Influencing factors: 24 patients had obvious history of herpes zoster,accounting for 12.24%.The 35 patients had obvious inducement before onset,accounting for 17.86%.In 55 cases,the patients were obese or emaciated,accounting for 28.06%.4、Incidence: The incidence season was the highest in autumn,accounting for 28.57;The gallbladder meridian of foot lesser yang is the highest incidence of the meridians,accounting for 16.84%;In 103 patients,skin symptoms and neuralgia symptoms occurred simultaneously,accounting for 52.55%;In 135 patients,there was one or more associated symptoms,accounting for 68.88%.Complications occurred in 17 patients,accounting for 8.67%.5、Treatment: All adopt the combination of Chinese and western medicine comprehensive treatment,the score of skin lesions after treatment was(2.45±0.91),and the score of pain after treatment was(1.98±0.95),the skin lesions before treatment and after treatment of pain score were significantly decreased,have achieved good clinical effect,after the neuralgia rate was only 4.59%.Conclusion:1、Herpes zoster is far less common in men than in women.2、This disease may be related to affective disorder,overwork,eating disorder,feeling exogenous factors and other inducements.3、The most frequent occurrence of the onset site is the thoracic flank,and the most frequent occurrence of the meridian distribution is the foot-shaoyang biliary meridian.4、Herpes zoster early adopt combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,can effectively alleviate neuropathic pain symptoms,improve skin recovery,reducing the occurrence of the heritage neuralgia after,improve survival quality,curative effect is distinct,in order to optimize the herpes zoster treatment scheme to provide certain reference significance.
