The Clinical Observation Of Gynecoiogical Fumigation And Washing Prescription Combined With Baofukang Suppository In Treatment Of Yin Clip Wet Type Atrophic Vaginitis

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of gynecological fumigation and washing prescription combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis with yin deficiency and dampness,to provide a safe and effective treatment for atrophic vaginitis.Methods:From December 2019 to December 2020,64 cases of atrophic vaginitis of yin deficiency and dampness type were diagnosed in the gynecological outpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Hanan Branch Hospital.They were randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each group by random number table method.The treatment group was given combined treatment with gynecological fumigation and washing prescription and Baofukang suppository,while the control group was applied vaginal medicine with Baofukang.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks and followed up 1month after treatment.The TCM syndrome score and local vaginal score were performed and statistically analyzed to compare the efficacy of the two treatments.Result:1.Analysis of local curative effect of vaginaAfter treatment,the local vaginal score of the two groups of patients decreased compared with the previous,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups can effectively improve the local vaginal state.The total effective rate of the vagina was 90% in the treatment group higher than 76.67% in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the vaginal local effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.2.Analysis of curative effect of TCM syndromeAfter treatment,the scores of the TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients were lower than those of the pre-treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both therapies can significantly improve the TCM syndrome of yin deficiency and dampness.The comparison between the groups showed that the total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was 96.67% higher than that in the control group(83.33%),which was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had better efficacy of TCM syndromes than the control group.3.Recurrence rateRegarding the recurrence rate,7.69% in the treatment group was significantly lower than 33.33% in the control group.Conclusion:1.Gynecological fumigation and washing prescription combined with Baofukang suppository has more advantages in improving the local signs and systemic symptoms of patients with atrophic vaginitis(Yin deficiency and dampness type).2.The recurrence rate of AV with Yin deficiency and dampness treated by gynecological fumigation and washing prescription combined with Baofukang was lower than that of the simple Baofukang suppository group,and there is no adverse reaction and side effects.
