Objectives :(1)To explore the correlation between cervical erosion-like changes and HPV infection;(2)To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Baofukang suppository in the treatment of HPV infection in syndrome of accumulated dampness-toxicity;and to explore the correlation between the outcome of HPV infection and cervical erosion-like changes.Methods:1 Collect the patients who underwent HPV testing in the gynecological clinic of our hospital from 2018 to 2019,and record the cervical state under the naked eye during the gynecological examination.2 Collect HPV-infected patients who meet the syndrome differentiation of the disease caused by traditional Chinese medicine into damp-toxin accumulation,and divide them into Baofukang suppository treatment group and blank control group according to their wishes.Treatment plan:(1)Baofukang suppository group: 2 capsules per night for 21 days,a total of 3menstrual cycles.(2)Control group: no medicine is needed.(3)Follow-up: HPV test was carried out in the 4th cycle after treatment.Observation was stopped when the HPV turned negative in the Baofukang suppository group.If HPV did not turn negative or a new subtype appeared,continue to use the drug;the control group observed the whole course;Perform HPV testing periodically.Results:1 A total of 1130 patients were collected in this study,including 452 cases of HPV infection,and the rate of HPV infection was 40.00%.HPV infections are most common in high-risk types,accounting for 84.73%.In high-risk,low-risk,and suspected high-risk HPV infections,single-type infections were significantly higher than multiple-type infections(P<0.01).Among HPV single type infections,types 16,52,58,51,and 18 are the most common;HPV multiple type infections include mixed infections of 2 to 6 subtypes,and a mixture of 2subtypes Infections are most common.Among the multiple types of HPV infection,types 16,58,52 and 51 have the highest frequency.2 Among 1130 patients,cervical smoothness accounted for 57.17%,and cervical erosion-like changes accounted for 42.83%.The HPV infection rate in the cervical smooth group was 39.94%,and the HPV infection rate in the cervical erosion-like group was 40.08%.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).High-risk HPV infections accounted for 33.75% and 34.09% in the cervical smoothness group and cervical erosion-like change group,respectively,and 4.33% and 3.93% in low-risk HPV infections;1.86% and 2.07% were suspected in high-risk HPV infections,respectively.There was no statistical difference between high-risk HPV infection,low-risk HPV infection and suspected high-risk HPV infection in the group and cervical erosion-like change group(P>0.05).HPV single-type infections accounted for 28.95% and 28.10% in the cervical smoothness group and cervical erosion-like change group,respectively,and HPV multiple type infections accounted for 10.99% and 11.98% in the cervical smoothness group and cervical erosion-like change group,respectively.There was no statistical difference between HPV single-type infection and multiple-type infection in cervical erosion-like change group(P>0.05).3 the total effective rates of HPV infection in the Baofukang suppository group and the control group were 71.43% and 43.18%,respectively.The efficacy of the Baofukang suppository group in treating HPV infection was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).The cure rates of Baofukang suppository for single and multiple HPV infections were 67.74% and 38.79%,respectively.The cure rate of Baofukang suppository for single and multiple HPV infections was significantly higher than that of HPV multiple infections(P<0.01).The cure rates of the control group for HPV single and multiple type infections were 40.00% and 0.00%,respectively.The control group’s cure rate for HPV single type infection was significantly higher than that of HPV multiple type infection(P<0.01).The cure rate of single and multiple HPV infections in the Baofukang suppository group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).4 The total effective rate of treatment of HPV infection in cervical smoothness and cervical erosion-like changes in the Baofukang suppository group was 67.74 and 77.78%,respectively.There was no statistical difference between the cervical state and the outcome of treatment of HPV infection in the Baofukang suppository group(P>0.05).The total effective rate of HPV infection in cervical smooth and cervical erosion-like changes in the control group was 37.50% and 50.00%,respectively.There was no statistical difference between the cervical state and the outcome of HPV infection in the control group(P>0.05).5 The total effective rates of the TCM syndromes of the Baofukang suppository group and the control group for the treatment of HPV infection with wet poison are 75.51% and13.64%,respectively.The two groups have significant statistical differences in the efficacy of TCM syndromes after treatment.The Kangshuan group was better than the control group(P<0.01).The scores of TCM syndromes in Baofukang suppository group and its sub-items include lower volume,lower color,lower quality,lower flavor,vaginal itching,lower abdomen or lumbosacral acid swelling were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant Significance(P<0.01),dry mouth bitter throat,short red urine or yellowish color,dry stools were not statistically different from the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1The incidence of HPV infection in the general gynecological clinics is relatively high,reaching 40.00%,of which high-risk HPV infection is the most common,accounting for84.73%.In high-risk,low-risk,and suspected high-risk HPV infections,single infections are significantly higher than multiple infections.Among the single HPV infections,HPV types 16,52,58,51,and 18 infections are the most common.HPV multiple type infections include mixed infections of 2 to 6 subtypes,and a mixture of 2 subtypes Infections are most common.Among the multiple HPV infections,HPV16,58,52 and 51 mixed infections have the highest frequency.2The state of the cervix(smooth cervix or cervical erosion-like changes)has nothing to do with HPV infection,so it should not be clinically decided whether to conduct HPV testing based on the state of the cervix under the naked eye.3Baofukang suppository is effective and safe in the treatment of HPV infection,especially HPV single infection.Cervical status has nothing to do with the efficacy of HPV infection,suggesting that cervical status cannot affect the clearance of HPV infection,so the prognosis of HPV infection cannot be judged based on this.4Baofukang suppository has a significant effect on the treatment of HPV infection with syndrome of accumulated dampness-toxicity.It has obvious changes in improving the volume,color,quality,taste,vaginal itching and soreness of lower abdomen or lumbosacral,but it is bitter to the mouth.There was no significant improvement in dry throat,short red urine or yellowish color,and dry stool.Baofukang suppository treatment of HPV infection with damp-toxin accumulation not only improves the characteristics of TCM syndromes,but also reflects the importance of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment,which has guiding significance for clinical treatment of HPV infection. |
