Objective:This study using two Chinese medicine therapies that is mentor since theproposed Chinese Herbs of oral and Washing Recipe, Chinese medicines suppository totreat senile vaginitis of Syndrome of Dampness-heat due to Spleen deficiency. To observethe patients with vaginal signs change,vaginal symptoms change and the TCM symptomschange situation, comparison between the two differences in efficacy. Explore therelatively effective traditional Chinese medicine treatment of senile vaginitis of Syndromeof Dampness-heat due to Spleen Deficiency, and provide a reference for the clinicaltreatment.Method: In this study,60cases of senile vaginitis of Syndrome of Dampness-heatdue to Spleen deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group: Yihuang Zhidai Decoction and External Washing Prescription group,the control group: Baofukang suppository group, each30patients. The treatment grouptherapy: Yihuang Zhidai Decoction, one day, decoction300ml minutes morning andevening, taken orally,7day course of treatment,once every3courses; external washingprescription, decoction3500-4000ml sooner or later, outside the wash on the7day courseof treatment, once every3courses; sooner or later each control group: Baofukangsuppository deep into the vagina, each one on the7day course of treatment, once every3courses. The two groups were observed3-7days after cessation of treatment efficacy,relapse rate observed after withdrawal a month.Before treatment liquid-based cervicalcytology and to exclude cervical lesions. Before and after treatment, a general physical examination, gynecological examination, blood, urine, stool, liver and kidney function(ALT, BUN and Cr) testing, electrocardiogram, vaginal secretions check, serumhormone level (E2, FSH and PRL) and B ultrasonic measurement of endometrialthickness. Observed and recorded before and after treatment in patients with vaginal andsigns,the vaginal symptom scores and the overall symptom scores.Results:â‘ vaginal symptoms, the cure rate for treatment and control groupswere40.00%ã€23.33%, effective rate were90.00%ã€76.67%, and the two groups weresignificant differences (P <0.05), the treatment group than the control group.â‘¡vaginalsymptom efficacy,the cure rate for treatment and control groups were63.33%ã€30.00%,effective rate were96.67%ã€83.33%,two groups were compared,P <0.01,there was asignificant difference in the treatment group than the control group.â‘¢TCM symptomsefficacy in the treatment group and control group, cure rates were53.33%ã€23.33%,effective rate were93.33%ã€83.33%. The two groups were significant differences (P <0.01), the treatment group than the control group.â‘£Withdrawal a month, the treatmentgroup relapse rate is lower than the control group.⑤the treatment group,the vaginalsymptom more effective than the overall efficacy of TCM symptoms, the overall TCMsymptoms and more effective than vaginal signs of efficacy.Conclusion:â‘ treatment group and control group during the treatment do not causehormone levels, change in endometrial thickness, and significantly improve patientsymptoms of senile vaginitis of Syndrome of Dampness-heat due to Spleen deficiency, andhave a certain effect. This study suggests that the two groups have anti-inflammatory,antibacterial, antioxidant, enhance immune and enhance the role of vaginal resistance.â‘¡the treatment group than the control group, the treatment can significantly improvepatient overall TCM symptoms,vaginal symptoms and vaginal signs, both specimensshowed that Yihuang Zhidai Decoction and External Washing Prescription can spleendampness, clearing heat and ended leucorrhea, and are effective method for the treatmentof senile vaginitis of Syndrome of Dampness-heat due to Spleen deficiency, worthy ofpromotion. |
