| Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bushen Qushi decoction combinedwith Baofukang suppository in the treatment of kidney deficiency and damp heat type ofsenile vaginitis, and to explore its mechanism of action. Methods:60cases of kidneydeficiency and damp heat type of senile vaginitis were randomly divided into two groups,i.e. treatment group (30cases, treated by Bushen Qushi Decoction for14days,1grain ofBaofukang suppository fit into vagina every night for14days) and the control group (30cases,1grain of Baofukang suppository fit into vagina every night for14days).Determination of gynecological examination, biochemical indexes of the vagina wereexamined before and after treatment, respectively，observe and record the clinicalsymptoms and syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine. Stop drug third days toobserve the curative effect, and recurrence rate were discontinued after one month.Results: The two groups of patients after treatment, the clinical symptoms, signs andTCM syndrome curative effect were significantly improved than before treatment,vaginal PH, vagina biochemical indexes and vaginal cleanliness levels reducing thanbefore treatment, there was a significant difference before and after treatment(P＜0.05),and the treatment group was compared with the control group, there was statisticallysignificant(P＜0.05)，the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,.No significant changes in hormone levels in the two groups before and after treatment, nosignificant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion: Tonifying dampness decoction combined with Baofukang suppositorycan be effective in the treatment of senile vaginitis, obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients, reduce vaginal biochemical indicators, to improve theacidic vaginal environment and cleanliness, and improve the quality of life, and themedication safety, low recurrence rate, worthy of clinical popularization and application. |
