Analysis On The Regularity And Characteristics Of TCM Used By Professor Liu Songjiang In The Treatment Of Postoperative Patients With Colorectal Cancer Based On Data Mining

Purpose:This study is based on many years of clinical experience of Professor Liu Songjiang,a famous Chinese medicine professor of Heilongjiang Province.We used computer data mining technology to take relatively complete medical records that Professor Liu has accumulated over the years and select the part that meets the inclusion criteria as the research object.This article not only focuses on Professor Liu’s clinical experience in treating postoperative pati-ents with colorectal cancer,but also organizes and perfects it.We also summarized Professor Liu’s using TCM rules,academic thoughts and treatment system in the treatment of patients with colorectal cancer in order to improve the efficacy of clinical comprehensive treatment of colorectal cancer,and provided data for reference.Methods:In this study,with the aid of Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance calculate system(V3.0),the medical records of Professor Liu Songjiang in the treatment of postoperative pati-ents with colorectal cancer from January2010 to December 2020 were studied and analyzed.We selected 98 postopera-tive colorectal cancer patients who met the research standards and recorded the basic clinical information of the patients.Then the case data was entered into the Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance calculate system.The software’s association rule analysis,clustering analysis and other methods were used for data statistics,analysis and getting the result.Result:Professor Liu Songjiang treated 98 cases of colorectal cancer with 98 prescriptions.After counting the frequency of all medicines,it is found that there are a total of 155 traditional Chinese medicines,and the sum of the frequency of medicines is 2469.The top ten drugs in terms of frequency of drugs belong to tonic TCM,antipyretic,diuretic TCM,inhibiting-damp TCM,blood-activating and stasis-removing TCM,antiseptic TCM.And when the support degree is set to 88(98×90%),66 groups of TCM combinations can be obtained by using the Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance calculate system ’s association rules.Conclusion:1.Through the statistical analysis of the Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance calculate system(V3.0),it can be known that Professor Liu’s treatment of colorectal cancer is based on the basic principle of strengthening the body,protecting the spleen and stomach,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,heat-clearing and detoxifying,regulating of functional activities and other treatment methods.It can be seen that Professor Liu is good at using a variety of methods to treat patients after colorectal cancer surgery.2.The rule of TCM used in the analysis reflects the flexibility of Professor Liu’s treatment of colorectal cancer,which is mainly reflected in the use of warming and tonic TCM to support vital qi,and often cooperate with the purgative therapy to achieve the purpose of purgation and tonification so as to harmonize Yin and Yang.
