Research On The Characteristics Of Postoperative Medication For Colorectal Cancer Based On Data Mining Discussed By Professor Li Candong

Objective This topic using data mining method,to professor can-dong li treatment of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer drug characteristics to sum up,in order to provide basis for clinical treatment of colorectal cancer surgery of traditional Chinese medicine.MethodsAccording to the unified format,WPS Office Excel,SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics26.0 software were applied to the postoperative cases of colorectal cancer treated by Professor Li Candong from January 2016 to December 2021,which met the inclusion criteria of this study.The case data were statistically analyzed by frequency,correlation and cluster analysis.Results1.General conditions: 105 cases of postoperative pathology of colorectal cancer were included in this study,with 253 visits,including 64 male cases and 41 female cases.2.Symptom statistics: there were 175 kinds of symptoms in 105 patients,including 20 kinds of symptoms with frequency ≥10%,which were regarded as high frequency symptoms.Hf symptoms in the top four is in turn: abdominal distension,languid,diarrhea,anorexia.3.Statistics of syndrome elements: among the syndrome elements with frequency ≥10%,spleen was the most common,followed by liver,stomach,kidney,large intestine and bile;The most common syndromes were dampness,qi stagnation,qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,and the rest were Yin deficiency,heat,phlegm,and blood stasis.4.Medication pattern: there were 21 drugs with drug frequency ≥10.00%,which were commonly used in this study;The frequency of tonifying drugs was the highest,followed by regulating qi drugs,relieving surface drugs,reducing phlegm,relieving cough,antiasthmatic drugs,clearing heat drugs,etc.In the analysis of property and taste,warm drugs were the most frequently used,while sweet,spicy and bitter drugs were the most frequently used.The drugs mainly belong to the spleen,lung,stomach and liver channels.Among drug association,the most commonly used drug combination of two-drug association was citri reticulatae pericarpium + saposhnikoviae radix.The most commonly used drug combination was citri reticulatae pericarpium + atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma + paeoniae radix alba.In drug syndrome association,the common drug for abdominal distension was pinelliae rhizoma,and the common drug group was poria + glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma + pinelliae rhizoma + citri reticulatae pericarpium.The common medicine for tiredness and fatigue was astragali radix,and the common medicine group was atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma + saposhnikoviae radix + astragali radix + poria + pinelliae rhizoma.The common medicine for diarrhea was atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma,and the common medicine group was citri reticulatae pericarpium + paeoniae radix alba + astragali radix.The commonly used drugs of Nacha were liushenqu,and the commonly used group was liushenqu + pinelliae rhizoma + glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma + citri reticulatae pericarpium.5.Core Prescription:The first group:citri reticulatae pericarpium + paeoniae radix alba + atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma + saposhnikoviae radix + astragali radix + poria + pinelliae rhizoma +glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma;The second group:paeoniae radix alba + pinelliae rhizoma + bupleuri radix + scutellariae radix + aurantii fructus immmaturus + zingiberis rhizoma recens;The third group of drugs:bupleuri radix + scutellariae radix + bambusae caulis in taenias +aurantii fructus immmaturus + poria + pinelliae rhizoma + glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma +citri reticulatae pericarpium.Conclusions1.The main postoperative sites of colorectal cancer are spleen,liver,stomach,kidney,large intestine and bile.Dampness,qi stagnation,heat,phlegm and blood stasis were more common in solid syndromes,while qi deficiency,Yang deficiency and Yin deficiency were more common in deficiency syndromes.The pathological properties are represented by the essence and deficiency,and the inclusion of deficiency and deficiency.2.After the treatment of colorectal cancer,Professor Li Candong mostly used tonifying drugs,regulating qi drugs,relieving surface drugs,reducing phlegm,relieving cough and antiasthmatic drugs,clearing heat drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis drugs,water infiltration and dampness drugs,and antifood drugs;citri reticulatae pericarpium and saposhnikoviae radix were often used as prescriptions,The main drugs compatible with pericarpium and saposhnikoviae radix were pinelliae rhizoma,poria,paeoniae radix alba,atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma and glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma.For abdominal distension,atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma,saposhnikoviae radix,poria and pinelliae rhizoma are commonly used,most of the use of yupingfeng powder and erchen tang.In view of tiredness and fatigue,astragali radix and Codonopsisradix are commonly used,most of the use of yupingfeng powder and paeoniae radix alba.For diarrhea commonly used atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma and saposhnikoviae radix,most of the use of Yupingfeng powder and tongxie yaofang.In view of the liushenqu commonly used in loss of appetite,erchen tang and liushenqu are mostly used for cutting.Common clinical prescriptions include tongxie yaofang,yupingfeng powder,erchen tang,chaiqin wendan tang,sini powder,etc.3.Professor Li Candong’s medication
