Study On The Medication Rule Of Professor Liu Songjiang’s Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Postoperative Gastric Cancer Based On Data Mining

ObjectiveWith the help of computer data mining system,this paper summarized and analyzed Professor Liu Songjiang’s medicinal prescriptions in the operation of gastric cancer,and presented the results in the form of data and charts,so as to intuitively obtain Professor Liu’s medication rule and provide ideas and experience for the operation of gastric cancer in the future.MethodsSelect the outpatient medical records of Professor Liu’s TCM treatment of postoperative gastric cancer from January,2015 to January,2020,record the clinical medical records that meet the inclusion criteria,eliminate and screen them according to the exclusion criteria,and enter them into the TCM inheritance computing platform v3.0,through frequency statistics,association rule analysis,cluster analysis and other methods,summarize the core prescription and medication rule.After obtaining the core prescription,the relevant targets were found through the Pharmacology Database and Gene Cards Database of the Chinese Medicine System,and the core target analysis,PPI network construction and enrichment analysis were carried out with the help of Cytoscape 3.7.2 software and STRING database to predict the therapeutic mechanism of the core prescription drugs.ResultsA total of 152 medical records and 152 prescriptions were recorded.It was concluded that the ratio of men to women was about 1.8:1,most of them were men.The age of onset was mainly about 50-69 years old,and the main symptoms were fatigue,followed by gastrointestinal symptoms such as poor appetite,gastric distension and stomach pain.The most common tongue and pulse were light,thin white fur on the tongue and small and wiry pulse.According to statistics,the syndrome type is spleen stomach qi deficiency syndrome,which is the most common in clinic,accounting for 45.39% of the total.Therefore,the drugs used to supplement deficiency are the most,accounting for 28.49% of the total.The top ten drug frequencies are Atractylodes Macrocephala Koidz,Poria Cocos,Hedyotis Diffusae Herba,Scutellariae Barbatae Herba,Coicis Semen,Curcumae Rhizoma,Hedysarum Multijugum Maxim,ventriculi galli mucosa,Crataegi Folium and Pseudostellariae Radix.Through association rule calculation,the core prescription is Atractylodes Macrocephala Koidz-Poria Cocos-Hedyotis Diffusae Herba-Scutellariae Barbatae Herba-Coicis Semen-Curcumae Rhizoma-Hedysarum Multijugum Maxim.Through the analysis of network pharmacology,a total of 129 drug components and gastric cancer cross-targets are obtained,of which may mainly act on gastric cancer TNF,IL6,JUN,VEGFA,TP53 and other related targets.ConclusionBy sorting out Professor Liu’s medication experience,it can be seen that in the treatment of gastric cancer,he follows the principle of strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors.He believes that the patients after gastric cancer surgery are mainly deficiency,so he puts the care of the spleen and stomach in the first place of the treatment criteria.At the same time,he pays attention to treating both manifestation and root cause of disease,treatment based on syndrome differentiation,and flexibly carries out drug compatibility,so as to eliminate the evil without hurting the body,strengthen the body resistance without leaving the evil,so as to achieve better clinical therapeutic effect.
