Observe The Clinical Effect Of Er Chen Tang On Phlegm Coagulation Of Chronic Hoarseness

ObjectivesThe study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Er Chen Tang on phlegm coagulation of100Chronic Hoarseness patients by rating the symptoms and signs before and after treatment, and to provide preliminary clinical basis on exploring Er Chen Tang for Treating patients with Chronic Hoarseness that with the syndrome of phlegm coagulation.MethodsThe study included100cases of Chronic Hoarseness with the syndrome of phlegm coagulation, the patients treated with Er Chen Tang and adjusted it according to their miscellaneous symptoms for28days, and filled in the observation table before and after the treatment, with the symptoms and signs integration methods, observed the patients condition on the1and28days, finally analyzed the results.21patients preserved the voice acoustic detection analysis before and after treatment.Results1. Total effective rate comparison before and after treatment(1) It turned out that the efficacy of Er Chen Tang on Chronic Hoarseness was significant, the total effective rate was81.0%.(2)The effective rates in the mild, moderate and severe patients were100%,83.12%,78.57%respectively.(3)After4weeks treatment, the patients’symptoms and signs were improved, and it had statistic significance compared with that before treatment.2. The comparison with symptoms and signs for chronic laryngitis, Vocal nodules and Vocal polyp’s patients before and after treatment.(1)The symptoms and signs of the patients with Chronic laryngitis improved significantly after treatment, both the symptoms and signs compared with that before treatment had statistic significance(P<0.05) besides the signs of the glottal closure (P>0.05).(2)The symptoms and signs of the patients with Vocal nodules and Vocal polyp were improved obviously after treatment, and it had statistic significance compared with that before treatment.3. Acoustic analysis showed that the fundamental frequency perturbation, amplitude perturbation (P<0.05), the noise energy (P<0.05) compared with that before treatment had statistic significance.ConclusionsThe efficacy of the Er Chen Tang on Chronic Hoarseness was obvious, and it had no adverse reaction that was well worth clinical application.
