Clinical Study On External Application Of Sanjie Kaiyin Ointment In Treating Hoarseness With Blood Stasis And Phlegm Coagulation Syndrome

Objective: This topic aims to observe the clinical curative effect of external application of Sanjie Kaiyin Ointment in the treatment of hoarseness(blood stasis and phlegm coagulation syndrome),explore its therapeutic effect on hoarseness(blood stasis and phlegm coagulation syndrome),and evaluate the role of external application of Sanjie Kaiyin Ointment in clinical practice,so as to further guide clinical practice.Methods: From November 2019 to October 2020,72 patients with hoarseness(blood stasis and phlegm coagulation syndrome)who were treated in the Department of Otolaryngology of Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.The patients were numbered according to the order of treatment and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Epiglottic Zhuyu Decoction,and the treatment group was treated with Epiglottic Zhuyu Decoction combined with external application of Sanjie Kaiyin Ointment.Seven days were a course of treatment.In this study,a total of two courses of clinical observation were conducted.After each course of treatment,patients were required to go to the hospital for re-examination,and two re-examinations were performed during clinical observation.The data of patients before treatment,1 week after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment were entered into the database,and the statistical software SPSS25.0 was used for data analysis.Results:1.72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 patients in each group.During clinical observation,there were 3 cases of shedding in the treatment group and 2 cases of shedding in the control group.Finally,33 cases were effective in the treatment group and 34 cases in the control group.2.After one week of treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms and signs in the two groups were compared,including the comparison of hoarseness,sputum viscosity and voice clearing scores,P < 0.050,other symptoms and signs integral comparison,P > 0.050,and the comparison of total scores,P < 0.050.It shows that the improvement of hoarseness,sputum viscosity and voice clearing in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and there was no difference in other symptoms and signs between the two groups.3.After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms and signs in the two groups were compared,P < 0.050,and the scores of VHI-10 were compared,P < 0.050.The improvement of TCM symptoms and signs and the reduction of hoarseness on quality of life in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.4.After 2 weeks of treatment,the main symptoms(hoarseness)of 14 patients in the treatment group disappeared,and the disappearance rate of the main symptoms(hoarseness)was 42.42 %.In the control group,6 patients ’ main symptoms(hoarseness)disappeared,and the disappearance rate of main symptoms(hoarseness)was 17.65 %.The disappearance of main symptoms(hoarseness)in the two groups was compared,P < 0.050.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group on the main symptoms(hoarseness)was better than that of the control group.5.After 2 weeks of treatment,33 patients in the treatment group,6 cases were cured,19 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.91 %;In the control group of 34 patients,4 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 82.35 %.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups,P <0.050.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group(Epiglottic Zhuyu Decoction combined with external application of Sanjie Kaiyin Ointment)was better than that of the control group(Epiglottic Zhuyu Decoction alone).Conclusion:In conclusion,the treatment effect of Epiglottic Zhuyu Decoction combined with external application of Sanjie Kaiyin Ointment in the treatment of hoarseness(blood stasis and phlegm coagulation syndrome)is better than that of Epiglottic Zhuyu Decoction alone,indicating that external application of Sanjie Kaiyin Ointment has a certain clinical effect in the treatment of hoarseness(blood stasis and phlegm coagulation syndrome),and external Sanjie Kaiyin Ointment is painless,noninvasive and inexpensive,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
