Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Immune Recurrent Abortion Based On The Theory Of Kidney Deficiency And Pathogen Concealment

Objective:We hope to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the treatment of immune RSA from the theory of kidney deficiency and pathogenic potential by observing the clinical efficacy of the treatment of immune recurrent abortion based on the theory of kidney deficiency and pathogenic potential,the negative situation after the treatment of relevant positive antibodies,TCM symptom score and pregnancy outcome,so as to provide strong evidence and effective treatment scheme for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2020,35 patients with immune RSA who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected.All cases were treated with Hanshi Zishen Decoction(Hanshi Women’s Department).Take this prescription and add heat clearing and detoxification drugs when not pregnant,45 days as a course of treatment,observe and record the negative situation of each positive antibody after each course of treatment,and stop the drug after 2 courses of continuous treatment;track the pregnancy situation of patients within half a year after stopping the drug,and determine that the intrauterine pregnancy patients are given Han’s Zishen Decoction mainly to Yishen Guchong for abortion,and take medicine to protect the fetus until 12 weeks of pregnancy.Comprehensively observe the negative conversion rate of related positive antibodies,improvement of TCM syndrome and pregnancy outcome before and after treatment.Spss24.0 statistical software was used for analysis.Result:1.Positive antibodies turned negative:The total number of positive antibodies detected in 35 patients before treatment was 58,46 cases turned negative after one course of treatment,and the conversion rate was 79.31%;the total number of cases turned negative after two courses of treatment was 54.The negative rate reached 93.10%.2.Improvement of TCM syndromes:After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes is 91.43%.3.Improvement of the main symptoms and signs:After the t test,the comparison of the scores of the TCM Syndrome Scale before and after the treatment showed that the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.01).4.Comparison of disease grading:According to statistical analysis,Z=-4.598,p=0.000(<0.05),there is a statistically significant difference in the severity of patients before and after treatment,and they are comparable.5.Pregnancy outcome:After systemic treatment,the gestational age of 30 patients was more than 12 weeks when they became pregnant again,and 5 patients had embryonic abortion again,and the pregnancy success rate reached 85.71%.Conclusion:1.Based on the method of kidney deficiency and evil ambush,Han’s Zishen decoction was used to treat kidney deficiency and evil ambush in different stages.To replenish the kidney and essence before pregnancy,clear away heat and detoxify can effectively eliminate the patient’s serum auto-positive antibodies,and significantly eliminate or improve the patient’s clinical symptoms.After pregnancy,the use of Bushen Guchong for fetuses increases the possibility of the patient to continue pregnancy.2.Through this project,it is proved that the treatment of immune new recurrent abortion based on the theory of kidney deficiency and evil is effective.
