Clinical Observation Of Yishen Huayu Recipe Combined With LMWH In The Treatment Of Recurrent Abortion With Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:This study through Yi Shen Hua Yu prescription combined low molecular heparin calcium treatment of kidney and blood stasis type of recurrent abortion patients clinical curative effect of observation and analysis,to investigate its clinical efficacy and safety,providing a new method for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:60 patients with recurrent abortion who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups using the principle of randomization.In the treatment group,30 cases were treated with Yi Shen Hua Yu prescription combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium,in the control group,30 patients were treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium.Both groups received progesterone progesterone luteal support therapy,continued treatment to 12 weeks of gestation.To observe the changes of the clinical comprehensive effect before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score,D-Dimer,Serum human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG),serum progesterone(P).Through statistical analysis,draw a conclusion,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yi Shen Hua Yu prescription combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of recurrent abortion with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Results:The difference of TCM syndrome score and therapeutic effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of D dimer in both groups was lower than before,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum HCG and P were improved after treatment,but there was no statistically significant difference in efficacy between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).The success rate of pregnancy preservation in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yi Shen Hua Yu prescription combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium is more effective than low molecular weight heparin calcium alone in relieving symptoms and signs.Pregnancy success rate effectively increased,and D dimers are more normal,patients were able to bring the D dimer down to normal morequickly,reduced the use time of low molecular weight heparin calcium,and the risk of adverse reactions.There was no significant difference in improving hormone levels,but in the improvement of TCM symptoms and overall efficacy,it works better in combination,less risk adverse reactions occur.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical use and promotion.
