Clinical Research On Method Of Nourishing Kidney And Strengthing Spleen For Blocking Antibody-negative Recurrent Abortion

Objective:Through detecting the serum blocking antibody level of patients who had recurrent abortion induced by traditional Chinese medicine nourishing kidney and strengthing spleen,to observe the clinical efficacy of the decoction and investigates its mechanism before and after treatment of nourishing kidney and strengthing spleen.Method:49patients were selected to take the TCM prescription of nourishing kidney and strengthing spleen, Setting3months as a course of treatment.Then to observe (1) blocking antibody-negative to be positive post treating;(2) the improvement of clinical symptoms in pre-and post treating;(3) blocking antibody-negative to be positive in successful pregnancy patients.Results:(1) Blocking antibody-negative to be positive:After treating,the positive rate of anti-CD3-BE was higher than pre treating,it had significant difference;Anti-CD4-BE had no significant difference in positive conversion in pre-and post treating; Anti-CD8-BE had significant difference in positive conversion in pre-and post treating;(2) Symptom scores:Comparing the before and after treatment, every symptom had statistical significance value respectively, the total score of symptoms before and after treatment were striking. TCM nourishing kidney and strengthing spleen was an effective option.(3) Blocking antibody-negative to be positive in successful pregnancy patients:pregnancy in19,18cases were successful,the rate was94.74%. The rate whose blocking antibody had all the three positive the rate was11.11%, two was55.56%,one was22.22%,all of blocking antibody-negative was11.11%. Patients whose blocking antibody-negative not to be positive could also got successful pregnancy.(4) For the comprehensive curative effect:Cure rate is36.73%,with significant efficiency for12.24%,with efficiency for34.69%, and the total effective rate account for83.67%.(5) Conclusion:Nourishing kidney and strengthing spleen can improve the spleen and kidney weakness syndrome, and it can promote anti-CD3-BE and Anti-CD8-BE to be positive; Patients who were negative and had not changed to be positive can also get successful pregnancy.
