Study On The Effect Of Bushen Qinggan Decoction On Blood Pressure And Inflammatory Factors In Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats Based On The Theory Of "Kidney Deficiency And Pathogen Concealment"

Objectives: This study investigated the effect of Proved recipe-Bushen Qinggan Decoction on blood pressure and inflammatory factors in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR),In order to preliminarily reveal the guiding role of the theory of "kidney deficiency and pathogen concealment" in the differentiation and treatment of hypertension,and provide experimental basis for the prevention and treatment of inflammatory reaction of hypertension by Bushen Qinggan Decoction.Methods: The 12-month-old male SHR were divided into Bushen Qinggan high-dose group,Bushen Qinggan middle-dose group,Bushen Qinggan low-dose group,enalapril group and model group.Four Kyoto rats(Wistar-Kyoto,WKY)are used as blank control group.The high,middle and low-dose groups are given 2.1g/ml/d,1.05g/ml/d and 0.525g/ml/d respectively.The western medicine group is given 0.315mg/ml/d of enalapril maleate solution by gavage.Blood pressure is measured before and after treatment,Serum hs-CRP,TNF-a,IL-6 levels are measured.Results: In terms of systolic blood pressure: after 6 weeks of treatment,Compared with model group,the remedy group’s blood pressure is sharply down(P<0.05).Enalapril group has the best antihypertensive effect and its blood pressure is rapidly dropping with a large extent(P<0.01).Compared with the high-dose group and the low-dose group,the decrease of the high-dose group was greater than that of the low-dose group,and the Dose-effect relationship exists in the two groups(P<0.05).in terms of inflammatory factors: after 6 weeks of treatment,Compared with model group,the remedy group’s concentration of hs-CRP,TNF-a and IL-6 is sharply down.The anti-inflammatory effect of high-dose group is the best(P<0.01),while that of enalapril group is the lowest(P<0.05).Comparisons of low-dose group with middle-dose group and high-dose group,the anti-inflammatory effect of the low-dose group was significantly lower than that of the middle and high-dose group,and there is a significant dose-effect relationship between them(P<0.05).Conclusion: Bushen Qinggan Decoction can not only effectively reduce the systolic pressure of SHR,but also inhibit the levels of serum inflammatory factors hs-CRP,TNF-a and IL-6.Considering that it can down-regulate the expression levels of hs-CRP,TNF-a and IL-6 in SHR,thus blocking the related inflammatory reaction pathways and the related mechanisms of the occurrence and development of hypertension,so as to play a dual role in inhibiting inflammation and lowering blood pressure.
