With the continuous improvement of living standards,people begin to pursue the use of natural medicines.More and more patients choose and use Chinese herbal medicine,and the amount of medicines dispensed in Chinese pharmacies is increasing.However,at present,most Chinese pharmacies still use the “hand grasping and weighing” method of dispensing.This method has many disadvantages such as low dispensing efficiency,poor weighing accuracy,and high labor intensity.Chinese hospitals urgently need a device that can realize automatic dispensing of Chinese herbal medicine and replace artificial dispensing to improve the efficiency of Chinese pharmacy and reduce the operating cost of pharmacy.Dispensing efficiency,accuracy,and safety are three core issues that need to be paid attention to in the dispensing of Chinese herbal medicine.To realize automatic dispensing of Chinese herbal medicine,the most important thing is to realize accurate quantitative weighing of Chinese herbal medicine.Therefore,this article takes Chinese herbal medicine as the dispensing object,based on the automatic dispensing system of Chinese herbal medicine,and starting from the control algorithm of the quantitative weighing system of Chinese herbal medicine,designs the automatic dispensing control system of Chinese herbal medicine in Chinese Pharmacy to realize automatic and precise dispensing of Chinese herbal medicine.Aiming at the problems in the quantitative weighing system of Chinese herbal medicine,a fuzzy PID control strategy was adopted;according to the control requirements of the automatic dispensing system of Chinese herbal medicine,the overall scheme of the automatic dispensing control system of Chinese herbal medicine was designed.By combining mechanism analysis and system identification,the mathematical model of the quantitative weighing system of Chinese herbal medicine was established: through dynamic analysis and system identification of the electromagnetic vibrating feeder,the feeding speed model of the electromagnetic vibrating feeder was established;Through the analysis of working principle of the weighing bucket,the transfer function of the weighing device was determined.Based on the mathematical model of the quantitative weighing system of Chinese herbal medicine,a fuzzy PID controller was designed to control the quantitative weighing process of Chinese herbal medicine;Compared with conventional PID control algorithm,the feasibility,effectiveness and superiority of the fuzzy PID algorithm in the quantitative weighing system of Chinese herbal medicine were verified.On the basis of the established mathematical model and control algorithm,combined with dispensing process and control requirements of the automatic dispensing system of Chinese herbal medicine,with PLC as the control core of the lower computer,the automatic dispensing control system of Chinese herbal medicine in Chinese pharmacies was designed in detail,including the overall architecture design,hardware design,software design and HMI design.Finally,the automatic dispensing system prototype of Chinese herbal medicine was used as a test platform to debug the control system,and the actual application effect of the control algorithm for quantitative weighing of Chinese herbal medicine based on fuzzy PID was tested.The experimental results show that the control system can realize accurate weighing of Chinese herbal medicine and automatic dispensing of Chinese herbal medicine,which meets the requirements of the control system.At the end of the paper,the work was summarized,and the research direction of the control algorithm for quantitative weighing of Chinese herbal medicine and the automatic dispensing control system of Chinese herbal medicine was prospected.This paper has 73 pictures,26 tables,and 105 references.
