| In recent years,with the development of science and technology and the Internet,the rate of updating of diagnosis and treatment equipment in hospitals has accelerated,the professional skills of medical workers have been continuously improved,and the level of medical services has also been greatly improved.However,most of the hospital’s dispensing process is still completed manually by the staff.The work is repetitive and inefficient.The work is intensive and the drug delivery mode is tedious.The staff is tired of dispensing and cannot replenish the inventory in time.Patient communication resulted in inefficient dispensing work,irregular drug management,and low patient satisfaction.Therefore,it is urgent to design a reasonable intelligent pharmacy dispensing system.The intelligent pharmacy dispensing system designed in this paper mainly solves the problems of slow speed and low efficiency of manual drug grabbing.The dispensing system combined with the hospital’s HIS system enables medical patients to complete the dispensing of drugs before reaching the dispensing point.When the patient takes the medicine,the system sucks the medicine through the robotic arm and puts it in the conveyor belt,and then sends the medicine to the pharmacist through the conveyor belt,and sends it to the patient after checking by the pharmacist.Based on the research background of the technology and actual development of the hospital’s intelligent pharmacy,this paper designs a DCS-based intelligent pharmacy dispensing system.This system skillfully combines the hospital’s automation control technology,information management technology and logistics management technology to realize the integration and informationization of medicine sorting and transportation.This system is not only suitable for taking prescription of western medicine,but also for taking prescription of traditional Chinese medicine.This system consists of four functional modules: a medicine information management module,a robotic arm medicine taking module,a belt transport module and a medicine loading module.This article will elaborate on its functional modules in terms of hardware and software.It briefly explains the system’s medicine information management module and medicine loading module,and also introduces the core part of the system in detail: DCS-controlled robotic arm medicine retrieval module and belt transportation module.Among them,the traditional PID control algorithm and fuzzy control are used in belt transportation control,and MATLAB simulation software is used to simulate and study the fuzzy PID control algorithm applied in the belt transportation control process.After the design of the hardware and software of this system is implemented,the system hardware is tested in modules and finally the overall debugging of the software is performed.The test results prove that each module runs normally.The realization of the intelligent dispensing system not only reduces labor intensity,but also greatly improves work effectiveness. |
