Our country’s medical standards has get greatly improved.As western pharmacies have kinds of fully automated equipment,most Chinese pharmacies still dispense by hand,which has 3 defects:large errors,low efficiency,and unsanitary conditions.In this context,this paper designs and implements an automatic dispensing system for bulk Chinese medicines,abbreviated as Automatic dispensing system.The specific tasks are as follows: Analyze the requirements of the automatic dispensing system,determine the overall design plan,including the design plan of the lower machine—dispensing unit and the upper computer—Pharmacy management system,divide the modules and their functions.The lower machine comprises a main controller,a communication module,a medicine box positioning module,a medicine-box id identification module and a medicine dispensing module;As a subsystem,drug dispensing module includes minimum controller,drug delivery module,weighing module and communication module.Designed the software and hardware of the lower computer for the two controllers.In addition,a motor speed controller based on fuzzy control is designed for the drug dispensing module and applied to its embedded program to improve the speed and accuracy of the system.Design the subsystem of the upper computer under the C / S architecture.The upper computer system includes interface system,main control system and tonic system,and the system database is established under SQL Server 2008.After the independent test of the upper computer and the lower computer,the overall system test is carried out.After the test,the automatic drug dispensing system basically meets the design requirements,can be applied to most medicines and accurately and efficiently process the prescription data and dispense drugs quickly and accurately.Finally,summary the results of this paper,and put forward the promotion direction.
