| The pharmacy automation level is gradually becoming higher,especially on medicines with regular shapes such as boxed packaging.In the TCM pharmacies,mechatronics equipment is gradually used instead of manual dispensing of Chinese herbal pieces.However,manual dispensing of bulk Chinese herbal pieces is still the way adopted by most TCM pharmacies.This model has many disadvantages such as low efficiency,low weighing accuracy and high labor intensity,which seriously hinder the development of the Chinese medicine industry.At present,there are few automatic dispensing devices for bulk Chinese herbal pieces on the market,and they have various shortcomings that prevent them from being promoted.The theory of mechanical design and PLC control technology were combined to design a set of automatic dispensing system for Chinese herbal pieces in TCM pharmacy.The proposed system is able to carry out a series of operations such as automatic medicine taking,weighing,conveying,recycling,packaging and other operations on pretreated bulk Chinese herbal pieces to improve the efficiency of medicine taking and dispensing in the TCM pharmacy.Firstly,the overall scheme design of the automatic dispensing system of Chinese herbal pieces was completed according to the demand for dispensing.Secondly,the key equipment of the automatic dispensing system,such as the vertical rotary medicine cabinet,the medicine weighing device and the recovery device,were designed in detail.The static simulation and modal analysis of the whole frame of the vertical rotary cabinet were carried out by ANSYS Workbench,which provides a basis for the improved design of the medicine cabinet.The supporting cache mechanism and packaging machine were briefly introduced.Thirdly,the dynamic weighing principle of the weighing module was clarified,and the main factors that cause the weighing error were estimated and analyzed.The principle of linear vibrator drug delivery was analyzed.A stepwise feeding vibration weighing method for fast and slow vibration plus fall compensation value(continuous iterative learning)suitable for bulk Chinese herbal pieces was determined.After the relevant vibration weighing test,a weighing control method suitable for the designed dispensing system was proposed.Then,the overall architecture of the control system was outlined and the control system of the trial prototype was designed in detail.The I/O port distribution of the prototype control system,the selection of related control hardware and the design of the pneumatic circuit were introduced.The flow chart of the main action flow was analyzed and the related ladder control program was written.With the configuration software WINCC,the development of the human-computer interaction interface of the trial prototype was completed.Finally,after the relevant equipment and devices of the prototype were manufactured and the prototype test bench was set up,the functions of medicine taking,recycling,transportation,and packaging were tested.After improvement,the results showed the related equipment or device of the prototype achieved its expected function smoothly.At the end of the thesis,the work done was summarized,and the related research directions were prospected.There are 82 figures,15 tables and 91 references in the thesis. |
