Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Sitting Bath With Jiaweikushen Decoction On Wound Healing After Operation Of Perianal Abscess

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of sitting bath with Jiaweikushen Decotion on wound healing after operation of perianal abscess.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria,80 patients with perianal abscess treated in First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(March2020～January 2021)were randomly selected and divided into 2 groups,40 cases in each group.Both groups had the same way of operation and medication.The treatment group was treated with sitting bath of Jiaweikushen Decotion and the controlled group was treated with sitting bath of Dilute potassium permanganate solution.The initial wound area and the pain score was measured on the first day after operation.The wound granulation growth score,the pain score and the wound area were recorded on time.The patients were followed up three months after operation to understand the cure rate and recurrence rate,and the collected data were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in initial wound area,age,gender and initial pain score between the two groups(P > 0.05).(2)The wound granulation growth score:On the third day and seventh day after operation,the wound granulation growth score in the treatment group was 2.50±0.506 and 1.40±0.496,the wound granulation growth score in the controlled group was 2.75±0.439 and 1.87±0.483,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 14 th day after operation,the wound granulation growth score was 1 in the two groups.(3)The time of wound carrion shedding: The time of wound carrion shedding was 3.65±0.700 days in the treatment group,4.28±0.987 days in the controlled group.And the time of wound carrion shedding between the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).(4)Reduction rate of wound area: On the third day after operation,reduction rate of wound area in the treatment group was 5.59±1.41% and in the controlled group was 5.11±1.66%,but p value > 0.05 and the difference was not statistically significant.On the 7th and 14th day after operation,the reduction rate of wound area in treatment group was 16.42±3.42% and 33.54±3.94%,in the controlled group was 14.60±3.31% and31.17±4.50%.The reduction rate of wound area between the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).(5)The average healing time: The average healing time in the treatment group was 34.75±3.855 days,and in the controlled group was 36.60±4.349 days.The average healing time in the treatment group was better than that in the controlled group and the difference between was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)The pain score: On the third day and seventh day after operation,the pain score in the treatment group was 1.03±0.158 and0.68±0.474,in the controlled group was 1.18±0.385 and 0.93±0.474.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 14 th day,the pain scores in the two groups the treatment group was 0.45±0.504,in the controlled group was 0.65±0.483 and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P >0.05).(7)From the data of the 14 th day,the effective rate in the treatment group was 100%,and in the controlled group was 85%.The effective rate in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the controlled group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(8)After 3 months of operation,the cure rate in both groups was 100%,and the recurrence rate was 0%.Conclusion: Jiaweikushen Decotion can effectively accelerate wound healing,promote the growth of granulation and relief postoperative pain.There was no obvious adverse effect of Jiaweikushen Decotion,worthy to promotion.
