| Objective:By observing the curative effect of Qingduyin on postoperative wound pain,wound secretion and wound healing of flaming heat-toxin perianal abscess,it can provide new ideas for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and sitz bath after operation of flaming-heat perianal abscess.Method:According to the principle of randomized control,66 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 33 cases in each group.Both groups underwent abscess incision and drainage,and were given the same routine treatment.From the first day after the operation,the treatment group used Qingduyin to fumigate and take a sitz bath,and the control group used potassium permanganate solution to fumigate and take a sitz bath.The changes of wound pain and wound secretion were observed and scored on the 1st,3rd,7th,14 th,and 21 st days after operation,respectively.Calculate the wound healing rate on the 14 th,21st and 28 th days after surgery,and record the wound healing time.Record each symptom score,and use spss 25.0 software to analyze the data after the collection,and draw a conclusion.Results:1.General situation: A total of 4 cases of 66 selected patients dropped out and were excluded during the experiment,and the final effective cases were 62 cases,31 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group.There were no significant differences in age,gender,course of disease,and original wound area between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Wound pain:There was no significant difference in the wound pain scores between the treatment group and the control group on the 1st and 21 st days after operation(P>0.05).There was statistical significance in the comparison of wound pain scores(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in relieving postoperative wound pain.3.Wound secretion:There was no significant difference in wound secretion scores between the two groups on the 1st day and the 21 st day after treatment(P>0.05),but the wound secretions on the 3rd day,the 7th day and the 14 th day after treatment in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the efficacy of wound secretions.4.Wound healing rate:There was no significant difference in the wound healing rate on the 14 th day after operation between the two groups(P>0.05).The wound healing rate on the21 st day and the 28 th day after operation between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative wound healing rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.5.Wound healing time:The average wound healing time of the treatment group was(32.61±1.78)days,and the average wound healing time of the control group was(35.13±1.89)days,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that the treatment group can significantly shorten the wound healing time.6.There was no statistical significance in the comparison of the total curative effect on the 28 th day between the two groups of patients(P>0.05),indicating that there was no difference in the total curative effect on the 28 th day between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:Qingduyin has obvious curative effect in improving wound pain and wound secretion in patients after perianal abscess surgery.It can also improve the wound healing rate and shorten the wound healing time,thereby shortening the healing course,reducing the physical and mental pain of patients,and improving the quality of life of patients.During the treatment period,the patients had no obvious adverse reactions,and the safety was high,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
