Observation On The Curative Effect Of Huangqituodu Decoction Sitz Bath On The Wound Healing After One-time Radical Operation Of Fire-toxicity Syndrome Perianal Abscess

Objective: To observe and evaluate the effects of sitz bath of Huangqituodu decoction on wound pain,wound secretion,wound granulation growth,wound healing time and overall curative effect after the one-time radical operation of perianal abscess of fire-toxicity syndrome,and to explore the effect and mechanism of sit-bath treatment of Huangqituodu decoction.Methods: From February 2022 to December 2022,a total of 68 patients who were diagnosed as perianal abscess of fire-toxicity syndrome,and underwent one-time radical operation under lumbar anesthesia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,34 cases each.On the basis of routine treatment,The observation group was treated with Huangqituodu decoction sitz bath;The control group received sitz bath treatment with potassium permanganate solution.From the first day after surgery,taking a sitz bath once a day until recovery,for 15 minutes each time.Routine dressing change after taking a sitz bath.The wound recovery of the two groups were observed and recorded after the one-time radical operation on the 1st(before treatment),3rd,7th,14th and 21st days,including the wound pain degree,wound secretion,wound granulation growth,wound healing time and overall curative effect.SPSS20.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results: A total of 68 cases were observed in this study,and there were no shedding cases during the study period.General information was analyzed before treatment,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups in age,gender,and original postoperative wound area(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.The results were analyzed as follows:(1)Degree of wound pain: The score of wound pain degree between the two groups before medication was compared,P > 0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that the data between the two groups were comparable.The comparison of the degree of wound pain on the 3rd,7th and 14th day after operation between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of Huangqituodu decoction sitz bath on relieving postoperative wound pain of perianal abscess is better than that of potassium permanganate solution sitz bath.The comparison of the degree of wound pain on the 21 st day of medication showed no statistical significance(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups had the same degree of influence on the 21st day of medication.(2)Wound secretions: The score of wound secretions between the two groups before medication was compared,P > 0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that the data between the two groups were comparable.The score of wound secretion on the 3rd,7th,14th and 21st day after operation was compared between the two groups,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the therapeutic effect of Huangqituodu decoction sitz bath on reducing postoperative wound secretion of perianal abscess is better than that of potassium permanganate solution sitz bath.(3)Conditions of wound granulation tissue: The growth scores of wound granulation tissue were compared between the two groups before treatment,P > 0.05,indicating that the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that the data of the two groups were comparable.The comparison of the wound granulation tissue growth scores between the two groups on the third day after operation showed no statistical significance(P > 0.05),indicating that the two groups had the same degree of the growth of granulation tissue on the third day.The wound granulation tissue growth scores were compared between the two groups on the 7th,14 th and 21 st days after operation,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the therapeutic effect of Huangqituodu decoction sitz bath on promoting postoperative wound granulation tissue growth of perianal abscess is better than that of potassium permanganate solution sitz bath.(4)Healing time: The healing time of the two groups was compared,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.And the wound healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,indicating that the effect of Huangqituodu decoction sitz bath after the operation of fire-toxicity syndrome perianal abscess was better than potassium permanganate solution sitz bath in shortening healing time..(5)Comparison of overall efficacy: On the 14th day after operation,the effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%,and that of the control group was 85.29%.According to statistical analysis,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.It shows that the pain,secretion and granulation growth of the two groups are improved after 21 days of treatment,and the improvement of clinical symptoms in the observation group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion: The sitz bath treatment of Huangqituodu decoction has a alleviating effect on the wound related complications after the operation of fire-toxicity syndrome perianal abscess,and has a definite effect,which can significantly relieve the postoperative wound pain,reduce wound secretions,promote the growth of granulation tissue and shorten the healing time.In addition,no adverse reactions occurred in the cases involved in this study,which is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
