| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shengji Xiangpi plaster on wound healing after perianal abscess operation.Methods: clinical observation: 60 patients with low simple perianal abscess diagnosed and operated were divided into two groups according to the principle of random control,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was changed with Shengji Xiangpi cream gauze,and the control group was changed with Iodophor gauze.The initial wound area was recorded after operation,the growth of granulation,the pain score of patients,the time of decaying flesh,the reduction rate of wound area,the time of wound healing were recorded on time during dressing change.Results:(1)there was no significant difference in gender,age and initial wound size between the two groups(P > 0.05).The data of the two groups were comparable.(2)In the two groups,the time of decaying flesh was 3.70 ± 0.79 days in Shengji ointment group,4.30 ± 0.75 days in iodophor gauze group,and the time of decaying flesh in Shengji ointment group was faster than that in iodophor gauze group(P = 0.04 < 0.05).(3)The average healing time of the two groups was 33.20 ± 4.28 days in the Shengji ointment group and 35.83 ± 4.89 days in the iodophor gauze strip group.The healing time of the Shengji ointment group was significantly better than that of the iodophor gauze strip group(P = 0.03 < 0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(4)the granulation growth score of the two groups.On the third day after operation,the granulation growth score of the Shengji ointment group was statistically significant The difference was statistically significant(P = 0.012 < 0.05).On the seventh day after operation,the granulation growth score of shengjigao group was better than that of iodophor gauze group(P = 0.001 < 0.05).On the 14 th and 21 st day,the granulation growth scores of the two groups were equal without difference.(6)On the third day after operation,the reduction rate of the wound area in Shengji ointment group was better than that in iodophor gauze group,but p value = 0.859 > 0.05,indicating that the difference was not statistically significant.Similarly,on the seventh day after operation,the reduction rate of the wound area in Shengji ointment group was still better than that in iodophor gauze group,but p = 0.108 > 0.05,indicating that the difference was still not statistically significant.On the 14 th and 21 st day after operation,the reduction rate of wound area in Shengji plaster group was significantly better than that in iodophor group,and the p value was 0.034 and 0.043,respectively,which were less than 0.05,indicating that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(7)The pain score of Shengji plaster group was better than that of iodophor gauze group on the third day and the seventh day after operation.The P values of the two groups were 0.02 and 0.014,respectively.The difference was statistically significant.On the 14 th and 21 st day,the pain scores of the two groups were roughly the same,and the difference was not statistically significant.(8)From the data of the 21 st day,the total cure rate of the two groups was 100%,the cure number of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,P < 0.05,the data was statistically significant.Conclusion: Shengji Xiangpi ointment has the functions of muscle growth,blood circulation and pain relief,can promote the growth of granulation,reduce postoperative pain,accelerate the healing time,and has good safety,no obvious adverse reactions,and has definite clinical effect,which is worth popularizing. |
