Professor Ma Rong Applied Xuanfu Diazhe Decoction In The Treatment Of Pediatric Epilepsy Clinical Effect Observation And Exploration Of The Characteristics Of Prescription Syndrome

Research objectives:We collected epileptic patients who received Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction in the Pediatric Encephalopathy Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine from 2010 to 2020.To analyze the therapeutic effect of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction in epilepsy patients.And explore the related factors that influence the curative effect and the formula characteristics of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction in the treatment of children epilepsy.Research Methods:A retrospective study design was used in this study.1.Efficacy study: Clinical data of 41 patients were collected,and SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analysis.The frequency and duration of seizure,the improvement of EEG and the TCM syndrome score were observed to evaluate the efficacy.2.Efficacy related factors: According to the efficacy of patients,the relevant factors affecting the efficacy of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction were analyzed.3.Explore the characteristics of formula and syndrome: summarize and analyze the symptoms of 41 patients taking Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction for the first time,establish a database,and explore the characteristics of the formula and syndrome.Research results:1.Efficacy study: The total effective rate of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction in 41 patients was63.41%.The total effective rates at the 4th,8th,12 th and 16 th weeks were 10/41(24.39%),15/36(41.67%),20/31(64.51%)and 23/30(76.67%),The effective rate of refractory epilepsy treatment was 54.55%,and the effective rate of TCM syndrome integral improvement was81.82%.After the treatment of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction,the seizure frequency,seizure duration,TCM syndrome integral and EEG can be improved to a certain extent.After safety evaluation,Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction has good safety in the treatment of epilepsy.2.Analysis of factors related to efficacy: Gender,birth and fetal age,mode of production,perinatal conditions,previous history,allergy history,family history,frequency of attack,duration of attack,TCM syndrome score,age of onset,age of medication,patient course and medication cycle all had no significant influence on the efficacy of Xuanfu Daizhe Tang in the treatment of epilepsy.3.The characteristics of the prescription: the core symptoms of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction are: vomiting,nausea and retching,poor appetite,dizziness,eee-breathing,and epigastric discomfort.The effective core tongue of Xuanfu Dahe Tang is as follows: the tongue is light red,the moss is white or the moss is greasy;The effective core pulse condition of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction is: slow pulse.Research conclusions:1.The application of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction in the treatment of children epilepsy can improve the seizure frequency,seizure duration,TCM syndrome integral and electroencephalogram to a certain extent.Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction has definite efficacy and safety in the treatment of children epilepsy.2.Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction has certain effect on patients with refractory epilepsy,and can improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes such as vomiting,nausea and retching accompanied by seizures to a certain extent.3.For patients with clinical epilepsy accompanied by vomiting,nausea and retching,poor appetite,dizziness,eezy,epigastral discomfort,pink tongue,white or greasy moss,slow pulse,Xuanfu Dahe Decoction can be selected.
