The Efficacy Evaluation Of The Main Decoction Of Cataract Disease In The Treatment Of Central Serous Chorioretinopathy Of Xuanfu Occlusion Syndromes

Objective:This paper aims at through clinical observation, to the Main Decoction of Cataract Disease in the treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy Xuanfu occlusion in patients, to provide effective methods and ideas for treating this disease with TCMMethods:40 cases of Xuanfu occlusion type CSC patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 20 cases in each group, treatment group received the Main Decoction of Cataract Disease, the control group was given Fufang Xueshuantong capsule. After 3 courses of treatment, And observed and record the two groups before and after treatment, record the changes of visual acuity, eye disease, body disease and TCM symptom scores, and evaluated the clinical effects.Results:①Two groups of patients before and after treatment vision:The visual acuity of two groups of patients before treatment was statistically analyzed, has equilibrium comparability, although the visual acuity of the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05) was not statistically significant.However, there were significant differences between the two groups in the treatment group(P<0.05),the visual acuity of the two groups was improved after treatment.②Two groups of patients before and after treatment eye disease:before and after treatment in two groups eye symptom score results (P> 0.05) were not statistically significant, but two groups in the treatment group before and after comparison shows have significant difference (P< 0.05). The results showed that the two groups were effective in improving eyesight and improving fundus symptoms, but the effect was not significantly different.③Two groups of patients in the TCM syndrome efficacy aspects:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90%,and the control group was 65%. After treatment, the results of the two groups were significantly different (P< 0.05), which showed that the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. ④Two groups of patients with comprehensive results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 85%, and the control group was 70%. After treatment, the results of the two groups (P> 0.05) had no obvious statistical significance, and showed there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:The Main Decoction of Cataract Disease can significantly improved central serous chorioretinopathy Xuanfu occlusion for patients with TCM syndrome, improve eyesight, promote the absorption of retinal edema and exudation; to achieve the expected goal, that the main Decoction in the treatment of CSC Xuanfu occlusion method is feasible.
