Based On Data Mining To Explore The Academic Thoughts Of Director Fang Wenyan On The Treatment Of Lung Cancer And The Law Of Medication

Objective:In this project,we used the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance platform(V2.5)to mine the medication rules of Director Fang Wenyan in the treatment of lung cancer patients.Based on Director Fang Wenyan’s academic ideas when treating lung cancer,we analyized and summarized Director Fang Wenyan’s medicine rules when treating primary lung cancer,in the hope of providing references and ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer in Chinese medicine.Methods:A total of 396 lung cancer patients who were treated by Director Fang Wenyan from November 2018 to January 2021 at the outpatient clinic of oncology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Chinese medicine,and at the outpatient clinic of Guo Yitang experts were screened out according to the diagnosis,inclusion,and exclusion criteria.The information materials of the collected patients including name,gender and age as well as other information,four diagnosis information,Chinese medicine prescription etc.were entered into the assisted platform system of Chinese medicine transmission(V2.5),Information statistics,association rules,and hierarchical clustering analysis of complex system entropy possessed in the software were used for prescription data mining.Results:Director Fang Wenyan advocated the theory of tumor collateral disease.He believed that "chronic disease enters the collaterals,and collateral deficiency and toxin accumulation" is an important mechanism of lung caner;The cpathogenesis of lung cancer is based on deficiency of vital energy,which is manifested as lung collateral injury and accumulation of pathogenic excess;The basic methods of treatment are Fuzheng,removing stasis,detoxifying,and Tongluo are the basic approaches.(1)gender and age: the incidence of lung cancer in male patients was higher than that in female patients;Most of them were elderly patients;(2)according to the eighth edition of AJCC TNM staging standard,the patients with lung cancer were mainly in the middle and late stage who could not be operated;(3)according to the results of TCM symptom analysis of lung cancer patients,the main symptoms were cough,fatigue,chest tightness,phlegm white and much,poor sleep,shortness of breath and chest pain;(4)According to the data analysis,the most common TCM syndromes are spleen deficiency and dampness excess syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.3.The rule of Medication:According to the data mining results,64 drugs were used more than 100 times in the prescriptions,the top ten herbs were Platycodon grandiflorum,Thunberg Fritillary Bulb,Astragalus membranaceus,Hedyotis diffusa,Rhodiola,Licorice,Pseudostellaria heterophylla,Prunella vulgaris,Dandelion,Pinellia ternata.Among the four gases,the cold characteristics are the most frequently used,followed by warm characteristics;the proportion of the use of sweet drugs was the highest.the bitter and sweet drugs were the main flavors of the five flavors in the prescriptions.The drug meridian mainly enters the lung meridian、spleen meridian and stomach meridian.Through the analysis of the frequency of medication,the four gases,five flavors and meridian tropism,this drugs used in the treatment of lung cancer conform to Director Fang Wenyan’s treatment method of "Fuzheng,removing stasis,detoxifying,and Tongluo are the basic approaches";4.Common drug combinations:47groups of common drug combinations were obtained by association rule analysis,which was a common drug pair combination used by Director Fang when treating lung cancer,,The first10 groups were:Thunberg Fritillary Bulb 、 Platycodon grandiflorum,Hedyotis diffusa 、Platycodon grandiflorum,Pseudostellaria heterophylla、Astragalus membranaceus,Astragalus membranaceus 、 Platycodon grandiflorum,Rhodiola 、 Platycodon grandiflorum;5.Core drugs:Platycodon grandiflorum 、 Thunberg Fritillary Bulb,Gynostemma pentaphyllum,Rhodiola,Hedyotis diffusa,Astragalus membranaceus,Pseudostellaria heterophylla,Prunella vulgaris,Dandelion,Pinellia ternata,Almond seed,Ternate buttercup root,Licorice.6.Entropy clustering of complex systems:based on entropy clustering analysis of complex systems,a total of 15 new combinations are obtained: Reflects the thought of Director Fang sending prescriptions and using drugs in the treatment of lung cancer according to the combination of symptoms of different syndromes and diseases,and the combination of diseases,syndromes and symptoms.Conclusion:To analyzed Director Fang Wenyan’s commonly used drugs,drug pair and medication in the treatment of primary lung cancer,summarize Director Fang Wenyan’s dialectical thinking and treatment ideas.Director Fang Wenyan advocated the theory of tumor collateral disease.He believed that "chronic disease enters the collaterals,and collateral deficiency and toxin accumulation" is the pathogenesis of lung cancer;In addition,pay more attention to the acquired basis of spleen and stomach.Used more gentle drugs and less severe drugs,which consume Qi and hurt Yin.Thenew combinations of entropy clustering reflects Director Fang Wenyan’s complex syndrome of lung cancer and the differential treatment of complications of lung cancer in the course of development,development and treatment.
