In 2020,the Novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)outbreak is the most serious public health emergency in China,since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.This sudden epidemic situation challenged greatly to the emergency response system of public health emergencies in China.In the face of this major public health emergency,multiple departments made joint deployments,formulated emergency policies,and established a collaborative work system.During this period,all departments exchanged information efficiently,and used information technology to carry out data for risk assessments and early warnings.Therefore,the establishment of data sharing mechanism has been essential during pandemic period.This study is based on the analysis of emergencies handlings by multiple countries,inbound & outbound,with these three kinds of research methods: observations,interviews and direct involvements.Taking Province G’s government interagency coordination as the main research object,to analyses the public health emergencies response system in the process of cross-sectoral coordination and its existing problems of data sharing.So as to describes the underlying problem,and to combine the multi-sectoral interviews to validate the necessity,feasibility,and to raise Province G ‘s public health emergencies management data sharing mechanism of the build path:Based on the existing government big data center platform in G Province,the data subject is clarified,the standardization of data is implemented,and a mutually beneficial data sharing mechanism is established for all departments under the operation of the sustainable mechanism.It is hoped that this study can provide research and analysis support for the work of health departments in G province,so as to make epidemic prevention and control closely following the development of science and technology era,to realize the interconnection of public health data,and to ensure the effective implementation of the joint prevention and control work among government departments. |
