The 14 th Five Year Plan clearly states that it is necessary to comprehensively integrate the construction of the emergency management system for public health emergencies,eliminate barriers to data exchange for public health emergencies,apply modern internet technology,and promote data sharing.However,due to the overall slow progress in the construction of a public health data sharing system for emergencies in China and the emergence of massive amounts of data,data authenticity is low,security management is difficult,data sharing is not timely enough,and the level of sharing is limited,and so on.As an emerging usage mode of computers,blockchain technology can efficiently distribute and access information,ensuring the effectiveness,authenticity,and traceability of information obtained.In addition,blockchain can also clarify data sharing permissions,thereby breaking through data sharing barriers between vertical and horizontal levels of sudden public health events,fundamentally solving the conflicts of interest and lack of trust among participants in sudden public health data exchange.Therefore,based on data sharing and data science,combined with the characteristics of blockchain technology,this article establishes a blockchain based data sharing model for public health emergencies,providing reference for efficient sharing of information security in public health emergencies.The main research content of this article is as follows:Firstly,construct a blockchain based data storage model for public health emergencies.Deeply analyze the current situation of data sharing in public health emergencies;On this basis,a blockchain private chain and alliance chain storage optimization model is constructed to separate the uplink data.The separated data is guided by the uplink,and compared with traditional data storage models and blockchain based traditional data storage models in terms of security.Secondly,build a blockchain based data sharing model for public health emergencies.Design corresponding shared model hierarchical architecture and related data sharing hierarchical models;Improve the original DPo S consensus algorithm by introducing node pre-selection mechanism,reputation mechanism,and node reward and punishment mechanism;Based on the former,the system designs data acquisition permissions and sharing processes within and between entities.Finally,verify the constructed data sharing model for public health emergencies.Further validate the constructed data sharing model by designing relevant experiments,including sharing subject node registration,data uplink,transaction sending,and sharing implementation,and analyze its related performance,such as model throughput and fault tolerance.
