Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Huayu Tongluo Yuyang Decoction Combined With Heat-Sensitive Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Peptic Ulcer With Stasis Type Of Stomach And Collaterals

Objective:This topic uses the traditional Chinese medicine internal and external treatment method to compare with the western medicine stomach Silian,to obeserve the short-term and long-term clinical effects of two therapeutic methods on PU were mainly observed,especially focus on traditional Chinese medicine therapy.It provides clinical evidence for the treatment of Peptic Ulcer,and provides a up-to-date method and another perspective,in order to benefit patients.It is worth mentioning that it can relieve the pain of patients.Method:A total of 60 patients with gastric-collateral stasis type of PU who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient and inpatient department of Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of TCM were selected,and they were divided into 2 group,Each group had 30 patients.It is worth noting that all cases must sign an informed consent form.Control group: All cases were orally administered gastric quadruple drugs twice a day during the first 2 weeks of treatment.For the next 4weeks,only esomeprazole enteric-coated tablets were taken orally,20 mg each time,once a day.Treatment group: Huayu Tongluo Yuyang Decoction + Heat-Sensitive Moxibustion therapy,each patient takes 150 ml of traditional Chinese medicine decoction each time,taking it 2 hours after morning and dinner;heat-sensitive moxibustion: the patient applies moxibustion once a day for the first 4 weeks.After 2 weeks,the patient applied moxibustion once every two days.The treatment time of the two groups was 6 weeks,and all the observation indicators:the individual and total symptom scores of TCM,the consequence of TCM syndromes,the consequence of gastroscopy and HP eradication,and the recurrence were recorded,and all the collected data were processed statistically.Result:(1)TCM single symptom score:The single symptom score of the two groups showed that the control group could not improve the symptoms of dry mouth and stools(P>0.05),but the other symptoms could be significantly improved(P < 0.01).In the treatment group,all symptoms were significantly improved(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of hematemesis or melea and acid reflux symptoms(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group had more advantages in the improvement of other symptoms(P<0.05).(2)TCM symptom total score: there were statistically significant differences in TCM symptom total score between the two groups(P<0.01);In terms of total symptom score improvement,Compared with another group,the treatment group has more obvious advantages(P<0.01).(3)The curative effect of TCM syndromes: the healing rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,In terms of TCM syndrome curative effect,compared with the control group,the treatment group has more advantages.(P<0.05).(4)HP eradication efficacy and gastroscopic ulcer healing efficacy:After treatment,the control group is better than the treatment group in terms of HP eradication efficacy(P<0.05);the treatment group is better than the control group in the efficacy of gastroscopic ulcer healing(P<0.05)(5)HAMA 、HAMD score: There were no differences in HAMA score and HAMD score in the control group(P>0.05),and there was no improvement in anxiety and depression symptoms.HAMA score、HAMD score in the treatment group were significantly different(P<0.01),which could significantly improve the symptoms of anxiety and depression.There were differences in HAMA score and HAMD score between 2 groups(P<0.01).In terms of improving symptoms of anxiety and depression,the treatment group have more advantageous.(6)Recurrence: The treatment group has an advantage over another group in reducing the recurrence rate and the difference of recurrence between 2 groups have statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of decreasing recurrence rate,The advantage was even more pronounced in the treatment group.(7)Safety: From the beginning to the end of this study,there were no adverse reactions and no abnormal changes in all safety indicators in the two groups.Conclution:The use of Huayu Tongluo Yuyang Decoction combined with Heat-Sensitive Moxibustion can relieve discomfort symptoms and regulate the patient’s bad mood.It has a low recurrence rate.We are also very convenient in our daily health care.The traditional Chinese medicine internal and external treatment method is simple and safe.It is worthy of further clinical research to dig its value.
