Clinical Observation Of Hewei Zhitong Recipe Combined With Omeprazole In The Treatment Of Hp-Associated Peptic Ulcer (Mixed Cold And Heat Syndrome)

Objectives: To observe the clinical effect of Hewei zhitong decoction combined with omeprazole in the treatment of helicobacter pylori(Hp)associated peptic ulcer(mixed cold and heat syndrome),and and to explore its clinical application basis and value,so as to provide a new reference scheme for the treatment of this disease.Methods: Eighty-four patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,42 cases each.Due to Hp infection.Both groups should be given quadruple therapy before treatment,and enrolled after 2 weeks of treatment.The control group was treated with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules(20mg twice a day),while the treatment group was treated with Hewei zhitong decoction combined with omeprazole.The course of treatment in both groups was 6 weeks.After the course of treatment,the comprehensive efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy,ulcer healing,Hp eradication rate,TCM syndrome score and single symptom score before and after treatment were statistically analyzed,then the drug safety was evaluated.Results:(1)Comprehensive efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.48%,and that of the control group was 73.81%.The comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P< 0.05).(2)The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the efficacy of TCM syndromes and promoting ulcer healing(P < 0.05).(3)In both groups,medication can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the total score of TCM syndromes(P< 0.05)in patients with Hp-related PU(mixed cold and heat syndromes),especially in alleviating the total score of TCM syndromes,the stomach cramps,the dry mouth and bitterness,the suffocation,the cold limbs,and the loose stools,the treatment group issignificantly better than the control group(P < 0.01).(4)There was no difference in the efficacy of Hp eradication between the two groups(P > 0.05).(5)Safety: During the treatment period,no obvious adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group,and the medication safety was good.Conclusions:(1)Hewei Zhitong Decoction combined with omeprazole can effectively improve the TCM syndromes and clinical symptoms of Hp-related PU,which is beneficial to ulcer healing,and is superior to omeprazole alone.(2)During the treatment of Hewei Zhitong Decoction combined with omeprazole,no obvious adverse reactions occurred,and the medication was safe and effective.
