| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiao Chai Hu Decoction in the treatment of post-infectious cough(PIC)in patients with syndrome of evil depression and Shaoyang,enrich the clinical thinking for the treatment of post-infectious cough,and provide a solid foundation for the clinical application of the prescription The theoretical evidence.Methods: From February 2019 to December 2020,60 patients in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected from 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria,and were randomly divided into two groups: control group and treatment group.In the control group,30 cases received oral codeine platycodon tablets combined with loratadine tablets,and 30 cases in the treatment group received Xiao Chaihu Decoction.Record the cough relief time and disappearance time of each patient and the scores of TCM symptoms before and after taking the medicine.Observe the effect of Xiaochaihu Decoction on the cough relief time and disappearance time of PIC patients with evil depression and Shaoyang syndrome and the changes of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment.The collected data were sorted and statistically analyzed,and the differences in the therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated based on the results.Evaluate,process and record adverse events during the course of treatment,so as to judge the safety of the treatment plan.result:1.Comparison of cough relief time and disappearance time: the cough relief time of the control group was 5.33±2.76 days,the cough relief time of the treatment group was 3.70±1.84 days;the cough disappearance time of the control group was 9.10±1.54 days,and the cough disappearance time of the treatment group was 7.87 Within ±2.21 days,compared with the control group,the treatment group improved significantly in both the time to remission and disappearance of cough,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the total scores of TCM symptoms: the total score of TCM symptoms before treatment in the control group was 12.57±4.34 points,and the total score of symptoms before treatment in the treatment group was 12.63±3.81 points.The test showed that P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant and comparable The total score of the control group after treatment was 6.67±6.42 points,and the total score of the treatment group after treatment was 2.50±3.12 points.The total scores of symptoms in the two groups after treatment were significantly reduced compared with both before treatment(P<0.05),but the treatment group was improving the total points Significantly better than the control group(P <0.05).3.Comparison of the scores of various symptoms of Chinese medicine: There is no significant difference in the scores of the main symptoms of Chinese medicine in the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05),which is comparable;the two groups are compared with the cough and sputum after the treatment.There was significant improvement before treatment(P<0.05).The comparison between the treatment group and the control group confirmed that the treatment group improved significantly(P<0.05);the two groups of TCM secondary symptoms were dry mouth,bitter mouth,dry throat,itching,chest tightness,There was no significant difference in the scores of individual symptoms of cough-yin chest pain before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of each symptom in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),but the treatment group had a better improvement effect than the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of total clinical efficacy: 28 cases were effective in the treatment group,with a total effective rate of 93.3%,and 24 cases in the control group were effective with a total effective rate of 80.0%.The total effective rates of the two groups were analyzed by rank sum test,and the difference was P<0.05.It is statistically significant,proving that the total clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion: The results confirmed that Xiaochaihu Decoction has obvious clinical effects in treating patients with post-infection cough evil and depression and Shaoyang syndrome.It is better than conventional Western medicine in shortening cough time and improving clinical symptoms,and there is no adverse reaction during this treatment,indicating the The curative effect of the program is definite,the safety is affirmative,and it can be further promoted in clinic. |
