Clinical Observation Of Sang Xing Zhike San In The Treatment The Zao Xie Shang Fei Zheng Of Postinfectious Cough

Objective: To use sangxing zhike san combined with compound methoxonamine capsule in the treatment of patients with post-infection cough.According to the decrease of cough symptoms before and after treatment,cough relief time and the relapse of cough symptoms after stopping medicine for 1 week was found to provide evidence for its wide application in clinical practice.Methods: 60 PIC patients who were admitted to the outpatient department of respiratory medicine of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 and met the standard of natrium were collected.The included patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 28 cases in the observation group and 32 cases in the control group.Observation group: sangxing zhike san combined with western medicine compound methoxonamine treatment,control group: compound methoxonamine capsule treatment.The duration of treatment in both groups was 1 week.The cough symptom scores before and after treatment and the recurrence rate after 1 week of drug withdrawal in the two groups were observed.Statistical analysis was performed on each indicator to record the adverse reactions during the treatment.Results(1)cough symptom score: the cough symptom score of the observation group and the control group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05),the difference between the two groups(P < 0.05)and the difference between the two groups(P > 0.05)indicated that there was no difference in the scores of the two groups at night.;the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 93.3%,indicating that both groups had good efficacy.(2)the mean remission time of patients in the two groups was shorter than that in the control group on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine,but the shortening time was worse than expected.;(3)recurrence rate: comparison was made on whether the two groups relapsed after treatment(P > 0.05),2 cases relapsed in the observation group and 4 cases relapsed in the control group,suggested that the sangxing zhike san combined with compound methoxonamine capsule has no significant difference in reducing recurrence rate compared with compound methoxonamine capsule alone.Conclusion: The sangxing zhike san combined with compound methoxonamine capsule in the treatment of post-infection cough had a slight advantage over compound methoxonamine alone in reducing the score of daytime cough symptoms and relieving time,and there was no difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups,which is of certain significance for the clinical treatment of post-infection cough.
