| OBJECTIVE:Through data mining,this paper analyzes Zheng Rixin’s prescription and medication in the treatment of children with adenoid hypertrophy,summarizes and discusses the medication rules of Professor Zheng Rixin in the treatment of children with adenoid hypertrophy,in order to inherit the clinical medication experience of famous old Chinese medicine and improve the clinical efficacy.METHODS:The medical records of children with AH diagnosed and treated by Professor Zheng Rixin in the demonstration clinic of Zheng’s school inheritance studio of Xin’an Department of laryngology of Anhui Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January to October 2020 were collected.172 cases were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.First of all,all the medical record data are accurately entered into the clinical medical record collection system,and then imported into the clinical medical record data processing system.Secondly,Oracle 10 g is used to establish the database,the aprior module of SPSS Clementine Cliene 11.1 is used to analyze the association rules,the system clustering function of SPSS 22.0 is used to cluster analysis,and the complex network technology of liquorice software is used to construct the core prescription network diagram.Finally,the research results are analyzed and discussed,and the conclusion is summarized.RESULTS:(1)Among 172 cases of children AH,113 cases were male,accounting for 65.70% of the total;59 cases were female,accounting for 34.30% of the total;male: female =1.92:1.The age of onset was concentrated in 3-8 years old,accounting for 90.11%,and the peak was 5 years old,accounting for 23.26%.(2)In 172 cases of children AH with symptoms statistics,sleep snoring,mouth breathing,night sweats,nasal congestion,runny nose appear most frequently,accounting for more than 80%.(3)Among 172 cases of children AH,18 drugs were used more than 100 times,and the cumulative frequency was 68.76%.According to the frequency of its use,the order from high to low is astragalus,oyster,platycodon grandiflorum,radix codonopsis,scrophularia,magnolia,caulis spatholobi,triticum aestivum,patrinia patrinia,scutellaria baicalensis,codonopsis pilosula,arctium lappa,ephedra root,xanthium sibiricum,glutinous rice root,bauhinia bark,glehnia,rubia cordifolia.(4)Among 172 cases of children AH,there were four kinds of drugs,which were heat clearing drugs,deficiency tonifying drugs,exterior resolving drugs and astringent drugs,accounting for 74.99%.(5)Among 172 cases of children AH,bitter,sweet and pungent drugs were the most commonly used drugs.Bitter accounted for 38.12%,sweet accounted for 24.71%,pungent accounted for 19.14%.(6)In 172 cases of children AH prescription drug properties statistics results,the cold drugs accounted for the largest proportion,accounting for 47.57%,followed by mild drugs and warm drugs,accounting for 27.97% and 17.37%.(7)In the statistical results of 172 cases of children AH,the lung meridian was the largest,followed by the liver meridian,followed by the stomach meridian and spleen meridian.The lung meridian accounted for 27.08%,the liver meridian accounted for17.89%,the stomach meridian accounted for 13.56%,and the spleen meridian accounted for 9.73%.(8)Professor Zheng Rixin’s main drug pairs for the treatment of children AH are: caulis spatholobi,patrinia;radix paeoniae rubra,radix rehmanniae;fructus arctii,cortex cercis;fritillariae thunbergii,prunella vulgaris;radix astragali,radix codonopsis pilosulae;flos tritici,root of glutinous rice;flos magnoliae,fructus xanthii;radix glehniae,radix pseudostellariae.(9)Professor Zheng Rixin’s core medicine group for the treatment of children AH mainly includes four groups:(1).astragalus membranaceus,codonopsis pilosula,oyster,triticum aestivum,root of glutinous rice and root of ephedra sinica.(2).platycodon grandiflorum,polygonum bistorta,burdock,bauhinia bark,rubia cordifolia,sophora tonkinensis,fritillaria thunbergii,prunella vulgaris,scrophularia ningpoensis,polygonum cuspidatum,caulis spatholobi,patrinia,scutellaria baicalensis,radix paeoniae rubra and rehmannia glutinosa.(3).magnolia,xanthium sibiricum,pogostemon cablin,houttuynia cordata.(4).radix glehniae,radix pseudostellariae,radix angelicae dahuricae,cortex moutan,cortex rehmanniae,dandelion.(10)Professor Zheng Rixin’s core prescription for children AH is: bauhinia bark,burdock,patrinia,caulis spatholobi,scutellaria,rubia,radix codonopsis,platycodon grandiflorum,angelica dahurica,magnolia,xanthium sibiricum,scrophularia,radix glehniae,radix astragali,codonopsis,oyster.CONCLUSION:(1)Professor Zheng Rixin thinks that the basic of children AH is insufficiency of natural endowment.The wind evil invading and heat toxin invading together,qi stagnation and blood stasis is the pathogenesis of disease.(2)The main therapeutic methods are protecting the original Qi and strengthening the body resistance,clear heat orifice-opening,protecting the original Qi and strengthening the body resistance,nourishing yin with pungent-cool and dissipate binds.(3)Zizheng Dihuang Decoction,Xiaoluo Pill and Oyster Powder are often used in the prescription.(4)Medication:(1).First protect original Qi,nourish Yin is essential(2).Stop wind-heat,treat Qi and
