Based On Data Mining To Explore Zheng Rixin Famous Old Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Chronic Rhinitis Clinical Experience

Objective Through modern computer technology,the prescriptions of Professor Zheng Rixin for the treatment of chronic rhinitis were excavated,so as to analyze and summarize the prescription rules of Professor Zheng Rixin for the treatment of chronic rhinitis,with a view to passing on the clinical experience of famous veteran Chinese medicine practitioners and providing new clinical values for the treatment of chronic rhinitis.MethodThe prescriptions of patients with chronic rhinitis treated in the outpatient clinic of Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine by Professor Zheng Rixin from January 2022 to December 2022 were collected and sorted and screened according to the prescribed inclusion and exclusion criteria,and a total of 192 prescriptions meeting the requirements were obtained.These prescription data are accurately entered through the clinical data collection system and then imported into the clinical medical record data processing system,and then based on data mining techniques such as frequency analysis,association rule analysis,clustering analysis and complex network analysis,statistics,analysis and discussion of basic patient information data,drug frequency and association degree are conducted to draw final conclusions.Results(1)In the statistics of gender and age of 192 patients with chronic rhinitis,the number of male patients was 73,accounting for 38% of the total;Number of female patients of119 cases,accounting for 62% of the total,male: female = 1:1.63.Their age of onset was concentrated in the age of 20-50 years,accounting for 73.44%.(2)In the statistics of 192 patients with chronic rhinitis,recurrent nasal obstruction and runny nose were the most frequent,and recurrent nasal obstruction occurred 188 times,accounting for 97.91%;Runny nose occurred 174 times,accounting for 90.63%.(3)In the statistics of the frequency of prescription drugs used in 192 patients with chronic rhinitis,there were 17 drugs with 60 or more times of use,1765 times of use in total,occupying 63.36% of the total frequency of drugs.In the order of frequency from high to low,they were Xinyi,Astragalus,Pogostemon pogostemon,Scutellaria scutellariae,asarum sinensis,fried Xanthium fructus,ephedra,Chebula chebula,Angelica angelica,mustard seed,Radix sanguinae,aconitum mondii,Radix septicaria,Radix codonopsis,Radix scrophulariae and Mpeony bark.(4)In the classified statistical results of 192 cases of chronic rhinitis patients with prescription drugs,heat-clearing drugs,antipyretic drugs,tonifying deficiency drugs accounted for the largest proportion.The frequency of antipyretic drugs was 822 times,accounting for 29.5%;The frequency of antipyretic drugs was 669 times,accounting for24.01%;The frequency of deficiency tonic was 474 times,accounting for 17.01%,accounting for 70.52% in total.(5)In the statistical results of 192 patients with chronic rhinitis with prescription drugs,the most common drugs were occinative,bitter(including slightly bitter)and sweet(including slightly sweet),and the combined use frequency of the above three kinds of drugs reached 3716 times,accounting for 87.64% of the total drug frequency.(6)In the statistical results of drug properties of 192 cases of prescription drugs for chronic rhinitis,warm drugs were the majority(including warm and mild drug properties),with a total frequency of 1151 times,accounting for 40.73%,cold drugs(including cold,mild cold,major cold),with a total frequency of 1018 times,accounting for 36.03%,and peaceful drug properties frequency of 475 times.Accounted for 16.81%of the total drug use frequency.(7)In 192 cases of chronic rhinitis prescribing drugs to the statistical results of lung the largest proportion,followed by the stomach,liver,spleen by then.Lung channel accounted for 29%,liver channel accounted for 13%,stomach channel accounted for12%,spleen channel accounted for 11%.(8)Professor Zheng Rixin’s main drug pairs
