Research On The Law Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating Adenoid Hypertrophy Based On Data Mining

ObjectiveTo use data mining methods to excavate the medical records of outpatient treatment of children with adenoid hypertrophy by director or deputy director in Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,analyze and explore its syndrome differentiation ideas and prescriptions and medication rules,so as to provide evidence and selection for clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children with adenoid hypertrophy Prescription medication ideas.MethodsExcavated the medical records(from January 1,2015 to May 30,2020)of children with adenoid hypertrophy by director or deputy director in the outpatient department of Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.The cases that did not meet the inclusion criteria and the exclusion criteria were eliminated,and 1270 patients were finally sorted out,and the patient’s medical information and Chinese medicine treatment information were entered into the excel form.After processing the data,use Excel to calculate the general medical information in the prescription,including age,gender,medical time,and medical office;to perform statistics on the syndrome information including syndrome types and syndrome elements;to perform statistics on the frequency,category,and four of high-frequency Chinese medicines.Statistics of the five flavors of qi and the meridian;using SPSS20.0 to carry out correlation and cluster analysis of Chinese medicine,obtain the commonly used drugs and pairs of commonly used drugs for the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children in the hospital of Chinese medicine.Results1.A total of 1270 cases were included in this study,involving 233 traditional Chinese medicines.A total of 16548 Chinese medicines appeared frequently.Among them,there were 37 medicines with a frequency of more than 10%.2.In terms of the classification of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicines,the most frequent were anti-exposure medicines(3961 times),tonic medicines(3321 times)and heat-clearing medicines(2409 times).Among them,the anti-surface medicine is mostly used to disperse wind and cold;the tonic medicine is mostly the qi medicine;the heat-clearing medicine is mostly the heat-clearing and detoxifying medicine.3.In terms of the return of the four qi and five flavors,warm medicine(6830 times),cold medicine(4349 times),and flat medicine(4304 times)are the most frequent;spicy medicine(7856 times)and sweet medicine(7591 times)The most bitter medicine(5921 times).The return meridian is mostly the lung meridian,spleen meridian and stomach meridian.4.Set the confidence level to 85%and the support level to 10%to get 45 drug pairs.5.The cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs can get 6 groups of new prescriptions.ConclusionThrough data mining and multivariate statistical methods,the data can be standardized and analyzed.It can be found that the main cause of this disease is external wind pathogens,and the main pathogenesis is the deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney,body fluid metabolism disorder,and qi and blood stasis.It is often used to relieve the surface medicine,tonic medicine,and heat-clearing medicine.Among them,the medicines are mainly mild,cold,flat,pungent,sweet,and bitter.The specific core drugs are Xinyi,Scrophulariaceae,Xanthium,and Fritillaria.Shanzi mushroom,astragalus,etc.
