Research On The Rule Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Gouty Arthritis Based On Data Mining

Objective:Based on the software "Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform(V2.3.5)",The literature was sorted out and enumerated to analyze the medication rules of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of gouty arthritis,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of gouty arthritis by TCM.Methods:Retrieve all relevant literatures on TCM treatment of gouty arthritis from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and other relevant databases until December 1,2020,strictly screen the literatures that meet the standards,and establish a standardized database.Through the software "Ancient and modern medical case cloud platform(V2.3.5)",the frequency,four qi and five flavor,category and meridian of the drugs in the database of TCM prescriptions were counted,the high-frequency TCM cluster analysis was conducted,the drug association rules were analyzed,and finally the results were analyzed in a unified theoretical way.Results:According to the retrieval,a total of 669 literatures were included.After extensive reading of the titles and eliminating the literatures related to animal experiments,research progress and nursing,a total of 441 literatures were left for analysis.Among them:1.A total of 326 TCM literatures for internal use were included,including 335 prescriptions,involving 236 flavors of medicines,with a total frequency of 3891 times.The medicinal property is mainly flat and cold,and the medicinal taste is mainly sweet,bitter and smelly.The main meridians are liver,stomach and spleen.Clustering analysis of the top 40 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines showed that 6 cluster formulas could be formed.Set the support degree is 30%,the confidence level is 60%,with a total of 44 associated medicine,the top five pairs are:Cortex phellodendri,rhizoma atractylodis,coix seed,cortex phellodendri,rhizoma atractylodis,radix cyathulae,glabrous greenbrier rhizome,coix seed,glabrous greenbrier rhizome,radix cyathulae,glabrous greenbrier rhizome,cortex phellodendri,according to core prescription compatibility available for Simiao soup and Ermiao San and Xuanbi Decoction side.2.A total of 228 TCM literatures for external use were included,including 205 prescriptions,218 kinds of drugs involved,and the total frequency was 1891 times.The main sexual taste is warm,cold and flat,the main medicinal taste is bitter,spicy and sweet,and the main meridian is liver,spleen and stomach.Clustering analysis of the first 30 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines showed that four cluster formulas could be formed.When the support degree was 20%and the confidence degree was 60%,there were 10 pairs of related drug pairs,among which the first five pairs were:rhubarb-dahuricae dahuricae,rhubarb-phellophylla,rhubarb-turmeric,rhubarb-tractylodes,and rhubarb-dahuricae dahuricae,respectively.According to their compatibility,the core prescription could be golden yellow powder and Wuwei disinfectant decoction.Research conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of gouty arthritis is mainly used for clearing heat and detoxifying joints and diuresis and drenching.Traditional Chinese medicine for external use is mainly used for clearing heat and dryness,cooling blood and detoxifying and dredging menstruation.Clinically,the common types of gout arthritis are dampness and heat accumulation,stasis and heat block,phlegm and turbidities block and liver and kidney deficiency.The main prescriptions for treatment are Baihu Guizhi Decoction,Simiao San and Ermiao San combined with XuanBi Decoction.The clinical treatment should be dialectical according to different syndrome types.
