Tiao Shen Chang Zhi Jie Yu Method Curative Effect Observation Of Acupuncture Treatment Of Parkinson’s Disease With Depression

Objective:In this study,Parkinson’s disease with depression was treated with Tiao Shen Chang Zhi Jie Yu method and compared with ordinary acupuncture.The changes of HAMD score,UPDRS-Ⅱscore,UPDRS-Ⅲ score and the effective rate after treatment were observed before treatment,6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment objective to compare the improvement of daily life,motor symptoms and clinical efficacy of Parkinson’s disease in order to find a better acupuncture method for Parkinson’s disease with depression.Methods:60 patients with Parkinson’s disease with depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group was 30 cases.Both groups were treated with western medicine,while the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture,while the treatment group was treated by the acupuncture with the method of Tiao Shen Chang Zhi Jie Yu.The two groups were observed for 12 weeks continuously.The changes of HAMD-17 score,UPDRS–Ⅱand UPDRS-Ⅲ score were observed before treatment,6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:1.Analysis of HAMD-17 scoring resultsThe HAMD-17 scores of the two groups after 6 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment were lower than those before treatment.By paired t test,the intra group comparison of the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the two groups of treatment methods can have a therapeutic effect on Parkinson’s disease depression.The patients in the two groups were compared in HAMD-17 scores group at 6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment.Independent sample t test was used.The treatment was 6 weeks,and the comparison between the two groups was P=0.003<0.05;The results showed that the treatment effect was statistically different between the two groups at 6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment;The score of HAMD-17 in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,which indicated that the acupuncture treatment group with Tiao Shen Chang Zhi Jie Yu method was more obvious than the control group,and the improvement of depression was more obvious and the treatment scheme was better.2.Analysis of UPDRS-Ⅱ scoring resultsThe UPDRS-Ⅱ score of the two groups was lower than before treatment after treatment of 6 weeks and 12 weeks.Paired t test was used.The comparison within the two groups,P was less than 0.05,indicating that the two groups could be used to treat the daily life of Parkinson’s disease.The UPDRS-Ⅱ scores of the two groups were compared after 6 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment.The independent sample t test was used to compare the UPDRS-Ⅱ scores of the two groups after 6 weeks of treatment(P=0.607>0.05);After 12 weeks of treatment,the difference between the two groups was P=0.017<0.05,indicating that the treatment effect was statistically significant;The decrease of UPDRS-Ⅱ score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,indicating that the effect of Tiao Shen Chang Zhi Jie Yu acupuncture on activities of daily living in patients with PDD was better than that in the ordinary acupuncture group.3.Analysis of UPDRS-Ⅲ scoring resultsThe UPDRS-Ⅲ scores of the two groups after 6 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment were lower than those before treatment.The paired t test showed that the intra group comparison of the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups of treatment methods can have therapeutic effect on the motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.The patients in the two groups were compared in the UPDRS-Ⅲ score group at 6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment.Independent sample t test was used.The treatment was 6 weeks,and the comparison between the two groups was P=0.691>0.05;The results of the two groups were not statistically different after 6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,indicating that the two groups were effective for Parkinson’s disease motor symptoms.4.Result analysis of TCM syndrome scoreThe comparison between the two groups in the TCM syndrome score group after 6 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment was conducted.The paired t test was used.Except for the comparison between the control group and the control group,P=0.057>0.05 after 6 weeks of treatment.The other comparison within the two groups was P less than 0.05,indicating that the two groups could have therapeutic effect on PDD patients.The independent sample t test was used to compare the two groups: after 6 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,the body state,defecation frequency and P value in tongue vein were greater than 0.05;The results showed that P was less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the decrease of the emotional score in the treatment group was greater than that of the control group,which indicated that acupuncture therapy of Tiao Shen Chang Zhi Jie Yu method had a better effect on the emotion of PDD patients.5.Analysis of curative effect evaluation resultsThe results of this study were tested by rank sum test,Z=-2.793,P=0.005<0.05,which showed that the difference between the two groups was significant.According to Mann Whitney U test,the clinical effect of the treatment group was better,indicating that the effect of Tiao Shen Chang Zhi Jie Yu acupuncture on Parkinson’s disease with depression was better than that of ordinary acupuncture.Conclusions:1.Acupuncture with the method of Tiao Shen Chang Zhi Jie Yu or ordinary acupuncture can improve the motor function and depressive mood of patients with Parkinson’s disease with depression to a certain extent,which is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients.2.The study found that the patients with Tiao Shen Chang Zhi Jie Yu method is better than that of ordinary acupuncture,which can be widely used in clinic.
