| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of "tiao shen jie yu"acupuncture on depression (stagnation of the liver-Qi) and discuss its action mechanism initially.Methods:Stochastically divided 50 examples troubles (stagnation of the liver-Qi) into the treatment group and the comparative group, each has 25. The treatment group uses "tiao shen jie yu" acupuncture and choose the point of baihui, sishencong, taiyang, renzhong, neiguan, shenmen taichong, qimen for 8 weeks. The comparative group uses the baiyoujie drug for 8 weeks. And then test them according to HAMD and zhenghou table.Results:The diversity of the two groups has the remarkable meaning in the statistics according to HAMD and zhenghou table(P<0.05).The total efficiency of the treatment group is 92% and 92%,while the comparative group is 84% and 68%.Conclusions:The results reflect that "tiao shen jie yu" acupuncture can release depressive symptoms (stagnation of the liver-Qi) and improve the patients'quality of daily life. |
