Clinical Observation On Xieling Xiezhuo Decoction In Treating Hyperuricemia Of Damp Heat Accumulation And Blood Stasis Type

Objective: Objective to observe the effect of Xieling Xiezhuo Decoction on clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes of patients with hyperuricemia of damp heat and blood stasis type,and to explore the efficacy and safety of Xieling Xiezhuo decoction,so as to extend new mentality for the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: 70 patients with hyperuricemia were randomly divided into control group(n= 35)and treatment group(n = 35).On the basis of basic treatment,the control group was treated with benbromarone tablets,while the treatment group was treated with Xielingxiezhuo decoction.The total course of treatment was 4 weeks The changes of blood lipid,liver function and TCM symptoms were analyzed by spss23.0.Results:1.After the end of the study,3 cases fell off in the control group,2 cases fell off in the treatment group,and 65 cases were finally completed.The general data of the two groups before treatment were comparable(P > 0.05);2.Overall efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.9%,and that of the control group was 75%,P < 0.05;The total effective rate was 90.9% in the treatment group and 68.8% in the control group(P <0.01).It was confirmed that the clinical and TCM symptom efficacy of Xieling Xiezhuo decoction combined with benbromarone tablets was better than that of benbromarone tablets alone.3.In terms of efficacy index,both groups had significant effects on improving TCM symptoms and reducing blood uric acid level(P < 0.01),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.01);There was no significant difference in renal function between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05);In the aspect of improving blood lipid,the treatment group could significantly improve the levels of TC,TG and LDL(P < 0.01),while the control group could only improve the level of TG(P < 0.05),but had no effect on the levels of TC and LDL.The treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).It is confirmed that Xieling Xiezhuo decoction combined with benbromarone tablets is better than benbromarone tablets alone in improving TCM symptoms,reducing blood uric acid level and improving blood lipid status.4.In terms of safety,the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 3.03%,while that in the control group was 6.25%.There was no significant change in liver function(ALT,AST)before and after treatment in the two groups(P > 0.05),which confirmed that the safety of this experimental method was high.Conclusion:Xieling Xiezhuo decoction has a significant effect on hyperuricemia of dampness heat accumulation and blood stasis type.It can not only improve the TCM symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients,but also reduce the level of blood uric acid and improve the status of blood lipid.
