| Purpose: Using self-made jpqhr treated Xiezhuo Decoction in the treatment of chronic renal failure of damp heat resistance syndrome,through comparison of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen decreased levels,hemoglobin and laboratory examination and improve TCM symptoms of to verify the Thanh Hoa relief the clinical efficacy and safety of turbid soup.Methods: according to inclusion criteria,72 cases were treated with randomization method(1:1)divided into two groups,two groups of equal number of cases,the treatment group in the basis of symptomatic treatment and service of Thanh Hoa Xiezhuo Decoction in treating,control group in the same symptomatic treatment on the basis of oral Haikun kidney like capsule in the treatment,8 weeks for a course of treatment observed a course of treatment.The changes of serum creatinine level and the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs in two groups were observed.Results: after treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared: the treatment group of 36 cases,markedly effective in 5 cases,effective in 15 cases,stable in10 cases,ineffective in 6 cases,the total effective rate was 83.33%.In the control group of 36 cases,5 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,12 cases were stable,8 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 77.77%.Two groups improve clinical symptoms: treatment group markedly effective cases for 6 cases,the effective number of cases for 14 cases,patients with stable for the number 11 cases,invalid number of cases to 5 cases,total efficiency can reach 86.11%;control group,markedly effective in 9 cases,effective in 10 cases,10 cases,7 cases were invalid,80.5%.Conclusion: Qinghua Xiezhuo decoction has good clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic renal failure in damp heat syndrome.In improving chronic renal failure in patients with damp heat syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,reduce the level of creatinine,delay the progress of renal function has a good effect. |
