Clinical Observation Of Self-Made Piyan Decoction In The Treatment Of Seborrheic Dermatitis With Accumulation Of Damp-Heat

Objective: To observe the improvement of skin lesion area,scale,macula color,greasyness and itching degree of self-made Piyan Decoction for seborrheic dermatitis with accumulation of damp heat and its clinical efficacy and safety.Methods: 80 patients with seborrheic dermatitis with damp-heat accumulation type were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 40 cases in each group using SPSS 26 software.Clothes.The control group was given Dermatovir Tablets,2 times a day,6 tablets each time,orally divided into half an hour after breakfast and dinner.The observation period was 4 weeks.The skin lesion scores of the patients were recorded before and after treatment,and the effective rate of each patient after taking the drug was calculated according to the scores.All collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 26.Results: 1.In the process of collecting patients,a total of 2 cases fell out,including 2 cases in the treatment group and 0 cases in the control group,78 cases were completed,38 cases in the treatment group and 40 cases in the control group.2.After the treatment cycle,the skin lesion score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Self-made Piyan Decoction could improve the skin lesion area,scale,rash color,greasyness and itching degree of patients with seborrheic dermatitis.3.After the treatment cycle,the effective rate of the treatment group was 97.37%,and the effective rate of the control group was 65.00%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the self-made Piyan Decoction had better effect on seborrheic dermatitis.4.During the treatment period,2 patients in the treatment group developed mild nausea after taking traditional Chinese medicine,and the symptoms disappeared after a period of adaptation,while the control group did not have any discomfort symptoms.Conclusion: 1.Self-made Piyan Decoction has obvious effect on improving the skin lesion area,scale,macula color,greasyness and itching degree of seborrheic dermatitis with accumulation of damp heat.2.Self-made Piyan Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis with accumulation of damp heat.
