Clinical Study Of Xiezhuo Huayu Decoction In The Treatment Of Primary Hyperuricemia Of Phlegm Turbidity And Blood Stasis Obstruction Type

Objective To observe the effect of Xiezhuo Huayu Recipe on clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes(serum uric acid,blood sugar,blood lipid,body mass index,hypersensitive C-reactive protein)of primary hyperuricemia of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis obstruction type,and to explore its clinical efficacy and safety.Methods From August 2017 to August 2018,70 patients with hyperuricemia of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis obstruction type were selected from the outpatient clinic or physical examination of Yinchuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Ningxia Medical University.According to the principle of random grouping,they were divided into treatment group and control group with 35 cases in each group.In the two groups of patients in the basic treatment,the control group was given allopurinol tablets orally,while the treatment group up was given Xiezhuo Huayu Recipe orally.At the end of the experiment,the changes of clinical symptoms,serum uric acid,body mass index,blood sugar,blood lipid and other indicators of the two groups were ob-served and compared before and after treatment and 4 weeks after drug withdrawal.The clinical efficacy of Xiezhuo Huayu Formula was analyzed and evaluated.All data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0.Result(1)Efficacy evaluation: After the end of the experiment,the basic data of the two groups were comparable before treatment,35 cases in the treatment group,3 cases in the shedding,the total effective rate was 87.50%;35 cases in the control group,2 cases in the shedding,thetotal effective rate was 78.79%.The overall efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that the overall efficacy of Xiezhuo Huayu Formula is better than that of allopurinol tablets.(2)Evaluation of syndrome score:The symptoms of TCM the two groups were significantly improved after treatment and the fourth week of follow-up(P<0.01);the symptoms scores between the two groups were significantly different after treatment(P<0.05);the symptoms scores between the two groups were significantly different at the fourth week of follow-up(P<0.05).It shows that both groups can improve TCM symptoms,and the improvement of TCM symptoms of Xiezhuo Huayu Formula is better than that of allopurinol tablets.(3)Comparison of laboratory indicators:After treatment,the levels of sUA,hs-CRP,blood lipi-d and blood sugar in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,only the levels of sUA and hs-CRP in the control group were lower than thhose before treatment(P<0.05);BMI of the two groups before and after treatment had no significant improvement,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).It shows that Xiezhuo Huayu Formula is better than allopurinol tablets in improving blood sugar and blood lipid.(4)Safety evaluation:In this study,there were 3 adverse reactions in the treatment group(9.3 8%)and 8 adverse reactions in the control group(24.24%).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).It shows that Xiezhuo Huayu Prescription has better safety.Conclusion Xiezhuo Huayu Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with hyperuricemia of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis obstruction type,and can improve blood lipid,blood sugar,hypersensitive C-reactive protein and other therapeutic indicators,with fewer adverse reactions,indicating that Xiezhuo Huayu Decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of hyperuricemia.
