Objective: To summarize the best evidences of stroke hypertension management in young and middle-aged people at home and abroad in the past decade;Qualitative interview was used to understand the needs of medical staff and patients in the management of stroke hypertension.Integrating the results of the first two parts,the Delphi method was used to construct hypertension management protocols for young and middle-aged stroke patients.Methods: In this study,the best evidence summary for hypertension management in middle-aged and young stroke patients was formed by systematically searching relevant literatures on hypertension management in middle-aged and young stroke patients,and integrating and analyzing the evidence after extraction.Then,combined with the hypertension management needs of doctors,nurses and patients,a draft hypertension management plan for middle-aged and young stroke patients was developed.Finally,experts were consulted by Delphi method,and the first draft of the plan was revised to form the final version of the hypertension management plan for middle-aged and young stroke patients and the hypertension management process for middle-aged and young stroke patients.Results: 1.A total of 2612 literatures were retrieved,and 21 literatures were included,including 14 clinical guidelines,4 expert consensus and 3 systematic reviews.The evidences were collected to form 32 evidences in four aspects:assessment,treatment,rehabilitation and continuing care;The qualitative interview found that the medical staff had four needs for the management of stroke and hypertension in young and middle-aged patients: knowledge,doctor-patient cooperation,increasing attention and management plan.Patients hope to get support from medical staff,family members and society.2.Hypertension management program(evaluation,treatment,rehabilitation,health education and continuing care)and management process for young and middle-aged stroke patients.Conclusion:1.The hypertension management program of middle-aged and young stroke patients should be managed from various aspects with the participation of both medical staffs and patients.2.The hypertension management plan for middle-aged and young stroke patients is currently scientific and feasible,but it needs to be updated and improved continuously.
