Objective: To investigate the safety and effectiveness of early HIPEC of gastric carcinoma, and its effect on the recovery speed of gastrointestinal function after surgery. Methods: Collect 107 patients with gastric cancer who needed radical surgical resection. They were divided into two groups according to whether the intra-abdominal hyperthermia was performed after the operation. In the early postoperative period, the study group received 2 intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusions of lobaplatin and fluorouracil. This group did not receive hyperthermia intraperitoneal infusion therapy. Both groups were managed under the path of rapid rehabilitation surgery. The changes of postoperative tumor markers, gastrointestinal function recovery, inflammation, complications and other related indicators were compared between the two groups. Results: 1.Postoperative tumor markers in the study group were markedly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);2.There was no markedly difference in the early evaluation indexes of gastrointestinal function restoration between the two groups(P> 0.05);3.There was no markedly difference in perioperative inflammatory indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);4.The incidence of postoperative abdominal bloating and pain in the study group was markedly higher than in the control group(P=0.025).There was no markedly difference in the incidence of serious postoperative complications(P>0.05);Conclusion: 1.Early HIPEC treatment after operation can reduce tumor markers, improve prognosis, and have a better therapeutic effect on tumors.2.HIPEC does not affect the recovery speed of gastrointestinal function and inflammation after surgery. These indicators can be used in the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery.3.Early HIPEC treatment after gastric cancer surgery has good safety and will not increase the incidence of serious postoperative complications;...
