Objective: To systematically analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in Hegu,Neiguan,Shangju Deficiency,Lower Ju Deficiency,Zusanli and Sanyin Jiao to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumors, and to provide evidence-based medical basis for the recovery of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic gastrointestinal cancer by acupuncture. Methods: A total of 83 patients with gastrointestinal tumors who met the criteria were collected,40 cases in the control group were treated with conventional general surgery, and 43 cases in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture on the basis of conventional treatment.Leave the needle for 30 min,and heat the acupuncture point with an infrared physiotherapy lamp for 30min/time.The first exhaust time, defecation time and first oral intake time of the patients after surgery were observed, and the postoperative hospital stay of the two groups was counted, and the abdominal pain and abdominal distension of the two groups were recorded at 24 hours,48 hours and 72 hours after surgery.Abdominal pain was quantified by VAS score and abdominal distension score. The test results and clinical response rate of procalcitonin and interleukin-6(IL-6)before and after treatment were recorded. Results: Compared with the control group, the time of first gas, defecation, oral feeding and hospitalization in the treatment group were significantly shortened compared with the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score was reduced in both groups within 3 time points after surgery, and significantly decreased in the treatment group. After treatment, the abdominal distention score decreased significantly in both groups, but the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the two groups was 86.05% in the treatment group and 67.5% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Recovery of procalcitonin and IL-6 was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture Hegu,Neiguan,Shangju Deficiency,Lower Ju Deficiency,Zusanli and Sanyin Sex,shortening the first exhaust defecation and oral feeding time of patients after surgery, improving the degree of abdominal distension and abdominal pain and reducing systemic inflammation, and shortening the hospital stay can play a positive role in the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor surgery,so acupuncture can be one of the treatments to promote the gastrointestinal recovery after laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumors, and is worthy of clinical promotion and further study.
